Let's Build a $75 Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward EDH deck! 

Also worth mentioning Abdel will exile nonland permanents, not just creatures. He effectively upgrades Astral Slide/Drift. That can be especially abusive with New Perspectives; while you wont be able to stack triggers to let you cycle for free with New Perspectives and have it still properly trigger New Perspectives leaving the battlefield, it does net you 5 cards per turn so long as you can pay the mana to cycle (Assuming Candlekeep Sage is in play, and given how absurd that card is as card advantage it always should be); 1 for Abdel returning to play (which exiles New Perspectives), 1 for Abdel being exiled, and 3 for New Perspectives returning to play once Abdel heads off on his adventure to the Shadow Realm. I can't imagine you being anything less than archenemy after drawing a fifth of your deck, no matter how budget your build is.

Abdel is my cEDH deck in potentia, Essence flux or any other one cost flickers, Archaeomancer and arcane signet makes an infinite flicker/Draw, with Lab man or Thoracle, near instant win, and the combo sits at like 3$, if you also add Declaration of Naught, blue enchantment, you can counter almost anything, if you add Overcharged amalgam and Sister of Silence you have a wicked Counter package.
