Hola Simmers and Penguins! The house is part of my speed build series “Let’s Build“. This is a speed build for Stonewater House! Feel free to download this from my studio on the Sims 3 Website and add this to your game - www.thesims3.c...
This is built on a Lot Size of 50 x 50
It has no CC and has 6 bedrooms you could even make the playroom into a bedroom if you need more space! There is a bathroom for every bedroom too 😊

Wow you did amazing job at building this house for and it really looks like real house please check out this house its called 123 Bellevue Boulevard, Guyton, GA 31312 it has 6 bedrooms 4.5 bath I think you could build it in the Sims 3

This house is just *chefs kiss* Your interior design is incredible. I must say though I personally love roofing 😅 i think I am in the minority though!

Thanks so much 😄 I think my dislike for roofing is how difficult and fussy it can be at times 🤪 but once you get it right it can feel rewarding 😄

I would love to see tutorial series by YOU how to build. Like from scratch, like GUIDE series for noobs like me. Because your voice, personality is soo fun to listen to. I have issues watch longer videos but omg Nessie your commentary is so calm and relaxing to watch while working on other videos for my Channel. Please do not give up, your quality of your work is amazing. I love what have you done again with the decor, you have so special taste for colours that i will never manage to have. Keep it going ♥ i enjoy always your new upload.

It looks stunning! 😍 I cant stand building for the life of me, but i can totally see myself playing in this house with my current family. At the moment they are pretty poor, so they couldnt affort it, but maybe soon they are able to. I also very much agree with you. Sims3 delivers so much content and creativity with just how it works. Create a style is a godsend feature in my opinion. But CC gives builds that extra touch. Makes it feel a little more comfy, maybe modern. Nothing crazy for sure, but i get what you mean here :) Personally i am fine with a video being that long. Its just chill and fun to watch. But i totally get when people dont wanna watch videos that are too long either.

@@lila8593 Awwh thank u so much! I really need to work on more video, lately I have just been super preoccupied with creating a Dark Academia style Sunset Valley Save file so I think I'll do an update on that soon ☺️
