You mentioned it why would they put an ice bucket in there when they don’t have any ice machines outside well you do have ice cubes in your fridge what more do you need to chill your champagne or wine bottle in a nice ice bucket also it was a blender not a mixer in the kitchen cabinet FYI and I don’t think anything in there was worn at all I think if it’s a timeshare everybody is using it so you gotta have wear and tear it’s not like you’re walking into a brand new place and you were buying it you were only there temporarily I thought the place was very nice looking and everything was an excellent shape
It is something that you pay thousands of dollars for every year to keep the maintenance fee up. Maintenance fees are never ending you constantly pay for them all the time every year and can be very pricey. and then you can go and stay there in different parts of the world they have timeshares all over the world but we personally have found out that it’s not worth the money sometimes you pay $1000 a year for one week to stay in a certain five-star hotel. But once you buy into it for thousands of extra dollars you never really ever get your money out of it. FYI
It is known as a vacation ownership, and is a lifetime commitment to paying for annual trips to the same resort or family of resorts. They are usually sold in high traffic vacation destinations. You get sucked in by a person to attend a seminar on the property and then they use high pressure sales tactics to sign a contract to purchase one. It works kind of like you own the hotel room but you own it with a lot of other people, it is not just yours to use. You have to keep on paying on this property regardless whether you use it or not (sort of like a gym membership). You choose when you want to use it for your vacation but there are times when they are not available usually during the popular times of the year when many people go on vacation. I would never advise anyone to buy one. You are better off just renting a room at a hotel or an Air BNB as you won't be legally binded to pay on those month after month, year after year.
