I finally got a chance to go camping again, so I took it. The video is long I know but hopefully it isn't to boring. I had a great time and can't wait to go again.
That spice wallet is just wonderful. Well done sir. The fire/forage kit as well! You have a great craft my friend. Tip of the hat. ...wait a minute, who's there with you lol?
As long as it isn't cancelled I'll be there. I'm teaching flint and steel fire starting this year and maybe more I haven't decided yet. Thanks for watching, take care my friend and maybe I'll see you soon.
Awesome to see you back out! Life happens and we can't always get out to do the things we like to do. I know the Wolf Rocks area, did a section hike thru there a couple years ago.
It was great to get out again. Loving my hammock by the way, you did a fantastic job on it. I like camping up on the mountain by the rocks, just wish I didn't have to carry water back in with me. Thanks for watching, take care my friend.
I wasn't aware you recommended for me to get a chair. But if you did it was a great idea. I'm loving that chair. Thanks for watching, take care my friend.
@@lonewoodsman Maybe it was that other guy who likes to sit in the dirt while eating! LOL I have the Helinox Chair One Large, which weighs about 2 pounds, and I am sure that it would be sacrilegious for the ultra lightweight, and lightweight backpackers to carry a luxury item like a chair, but I like it. My chair has a 325 pound capacity, so it comfortably supports my 235 pound athletic frame. I love being out in the middle of nowhere, and pulling out my chair to relax and just sit in for awhile when hiking. Sometimes after using the chair, I stash it in some dense brush, and continue on without it, if I know there will be a picnic table available in a primitive campground where I'm headed. I pick it up on the way back, a day or two later, and take a break again. Works out great when no place to sit, and helps when you are putting socks, and boots on. When car camping I take my heavier folding hairs, that have cold beverage holders, and mini pillows, which make them great napping chairs to use while gazing at some beautiful body of water, or other nice scenery. Good Luck!
It was so nice to get out camping again. I am in love with hammocks I use mine in my living room all the time. Thanks for watching Max, take care my friend.
Great to see you!!!! Like the new Frost River pack but didn't check the name of it. Maybe you could do a review on it in the future. Again, welcome back.
Oh I'm sorry I didn't realize I was posting under my other account. I have had this channel for awhile now. I still have Pennsyltucky Trapper also. It's going to be just for trapping from now on. I'll do my music and camping here on this one moving forward. It just makes more sense.
Very good to have you back - miss your videos. How do you like that Nessmuk pack - had my eye on that and the cliff jacobson pack. Diggin' the shirt - how did you score that?
Thanks man I appreciate it. I know this video isn't that great. But I am going to try and get out more and make some more videos. Always good to hear from you, thanks for watching. Take care my friend.
You are correct Hector. The tree shown is Sassafras. It was used to flavor root beer and sold as tea until it was banned in the 70's. Thanks for watching my friend, take care.
Haha, trust me I hear ya. In this video I weighed prolly around 265 - 270. Those chairs are surprisingly strong and stable. Thanks for watching, take care my friend.
