Just additional info, senpai is a Japanese word that defines your hierarchal relationship with another person. Senpai means someone who is your senior/someone older/someone in a higher position than you are. This can be used in schools, offices and other situations. For example, Suga who is a 3rd year student, is Hinata's senpai (since Hinata is a 1st year student and younger than him). All 3rd year and 2nd year students are Hinata's senpais. It shows people's age relationships and also level of experience, since it is usually assumed that someone older might have more knowledge or experience than someone younger. On the other hand, a kouhai (KOH-high) is a person younger than someone. So, Hinata is Suga's kouhai. It is also usually expected that you should respect your senpais and senpais should take care of their kouhais. Japan and other east Asian countries put a relatively high importance on societal hierarchy.
