Let's Make People Smile! A Smiling Friends Season 1 Retrospective 

It's insane how refreshing this show was upon premiere, not just for actually succeeding at being tv show with the kind of bizarro internet animator humor that's defined the new 20s, but for being an adult cartoon where the characters actually like each other and aren't bitter, jaded assholes all the time. A Brickleberry fan's brain would melt after watching one episode.

Your matter-of-fact tone while saying things like “Desmond holds a gun to his head” and “bliblies” without the slightest hint of irony is hysterical in it’s own right lol

Finished. I like the ultimately optimistic message, especially against the backdrop of everything negative happening in the show. I also enjoy the dialogue, it's very grounded and serves as a good source of humour as opposed to the usual one-liners and snarky comments. Good video, excited for more!

Good retrospective! Frowning Friends is my favorite episode. I’ve heard rumors it exists to dunk on Rick and Morty’s nihilism, probably false. Still makes me smile tho lol
