hello dear friend of mine 🙋What a beautiful arrangement, many varieties, cotyledon aeoniums, those beautiful Aloes, luckily I have them, let her creativity, stand up a casserole. It's a succulent casserole!...it reminded me of a that I did recently I finished it in three days🤗the rain and hail did not let me finish it I loved how you How did it turn out, it looks divine! here starting a little marathon of your beautiful videos nice to greet you Melissa🌵🌻👩🏻🌾🇲🇽
I liked that you cleaned them as you go. I seen the comments on you should have cleaned before. It is said that Everything happens for a reason. And seeing what you used and how you used it to clean the plants was very helpful to me. And also seeing you use the end to tuck and get to tight spots was fabulous. Thank you for sharing your video.
Yes, I have a college student😢. I'm blessed because she's a great girl but time flew bye to fast on me with her. Which is now why I enjoy using some of my free time to enjoy this new hobby with succulents and cacti 🤗. Tfw and for your support. I would love to do a swap or try and see if I can send you any of my Succulent's 😍
Thanks Jan! Sometimes I dont use top dressing and other times I use it. Your always so positive and encouraging and I appreciate that. I'm also so happy you won the 600 subscribers on Ruthie's channel😘 xoxo
Beautiful arrangement Melissa. Loved the fullness of it and the top dressing was a very good choice. My favourite cactus is the rainbow cactus and the echeveria Dark Knight (it’s a gorgeous frilly the size of a dinner plate. I have that one in a terracotta pot. It’s just stunning and colours are beautiful. Thanks for sharing. 🥰🥰🥰 Lynsie
Thank you Lynsie😘. I dont think Iv ever seen a rainbow cactus before. Amater of fact I'm going to Google it after I respond to you, lol! Tfw and for leaving a comment. You are very positive to give information and I like that about you. Xoxo God bless
You should definitely get the Turface. I use Turface, coco coir, worm castings and Black Gold Succulent soil. I use to use the cheap Lowe’s cactus/palm soil, I found that to be heavy on the sand which I think it almost acts like concrete. You keep saying you use Pumice, but I think you meant Perlite, it’s a totally different medium. I personally try not to mix in too much Perlite cause it all ends up floating to the surface. I’m glad you finally are using the Fiberglass tape. You can always double up on that too, I just criss cross so the holes are smaller. If I had to choose just one, Echeveria Purple Pearl 💜, my cactus choice: variegated A-Mac. Wow you have enough plants to make a few arrangements! Love how it turned out. Love the crocodile Aloe, you had great success with multiplying those. Looking forward to seeing your back yard renovation. Do you mean the Zebra Haworthia? I know sometimes it’s hard to remember all the names of plants 😝. What! 😱 you have a 21 yr old daughter, no way, you look so young 😚. I thought you just had the younger kids 😜. Tell your husband he definitely needs to appreciate how youthful you look 😘. Anyways thanks for another great video, Happy Planting 💜🌺🌸

My favorite succulent, (that I don’t have YET 😂), is the Cotyledon Orbiculata cv. Variegata. Also beautiful arrangement! And you’re right, watching you make one also makes me want to make an arrangement haha.

Love your video!! Planter turned out lovely 😊 if I have to chose my favorite favorite succulent I’d say Echeveria Harmsii ‘Ruby slipper’ and fav cactus would be my fairy castle cactus. But really I LOvE them all and feel like I’m hurting the others’ feelings by choosing just one 🤣🤣. I didn’t plant with you but man next time I will. Love love your videos!! And thanks for your kind comments on mine too!!! 🌵❤️

@@TheSucculentHome i have only Dragon Fruit Cactus madam, your hobby inspired me a lot' thats why i have plan to collect some succulent soon, thanks a lot for inspiring us madam :)
Favorite succulent to grow: ghost plant because it gets leggy and can hang from a large bowl and look amazing! Like a succulent waterfall! Which is actually the succulent you used in this pot in front between the Aeonium and Crosby’s prolifica! Favorite succulent to look at: Echeveria ‘Blue Bird or morning beauty (basically anything that is blue with pink, purple tips or neon breakers. I love multicolored plants! Favorite succulent to propagate: Kalanchoë variegated lavender because of the all pink or all yellowish cream or a mix of that and green babies that grow off the leaf. It just looks so cool and it’s super easy to propagate they’re like weeds at my house. Favorite cacti: opuntia......it’s the smaller ones of the prickly pear that is purple and teal, I have a few and they’re so pretty and grow really well where I live as well as propagate like a pro!
Omg!!! So much good information you share. Thanks Erin for answering my questions from my video, it genuinely helps us get to know eachother better!!! I love how much you know about the different types of succulents. I hope to retain more information about them too... xoxo
Alona Marasigan welcome!! And thanks for stopping by hopefully you can be inspired to grow more succulents... you’ll love your new hobby with discovering your green thumb . Xoxo
Another beautiful arrangement 🌱🌿🌵 can you do a video on echeveria perle von nurnberg indoors please I'm new to growing succulents afew months now but still having trouble growing them I live in the UK so we never get any sunshine
I will try and do that very soon. Welcome to the succulent game where everyone is a winner and if the die you still win because you learn how to keep the surviving next time, lol!!! Your always welcomed here the "THE SUCCULENT HOME "🤗
@@TheSucculentHome that's very true indeed haha thank you for doing that I loveeee to watch succulent videos everyday all day 😂 can't wait for your next video 🌱🌿🌵😍
priscilla lopez only if you want to! I do that either to make it easier to plant and or if I know I won’t be watering the arrangement any time soon. No big deal if you left the rioting system it’s more then ok. Probably even better because now you can water without worrying about root rot. Thanks for your comment and for watching this video! I appreciate it xoxo
It’s ok only if your arrangement doesn’t have fresh cutting in it. If it does what at least a week for the new cuttings you callus! Hope this helps xoxo
I am very new to planting succulents. Please forgive my lack of knowledge, but when you plant with cuttings do you water right after to plant or do you wait a while?
Carla my apologies for this Kate response, I think someting went wrong with my notification bell. Thank you for your comment, it's a grat question to ask. You won't want to water right away because you dont want root rot to accure in fresh cuttings. So wait about 2 weeks before watering so the fresh cuttings can get callused and start forming roots. I hope this isn't to Late to help you but if it is, again I'm sorry😪. God bless and thanks for watching xoxo
I really love the arrangement, however, it is so hard to find succulent's here in Michigan, maybe you can give me some tip's of where to find some. I did however find some at home depot, but not like you have. any help will be appreciated. again tks for the video, it's really a work of art. Nicky
Thank you so much for your comment Nicky! I really appreciate your positivity and for reaching out. There's a lot of good sites that you can order succulent on line, I'm actually going to be posting a video on a subscription box full of succulents you can get each and every month. I love using Hardy succulents because whether it's winter or summer be kind of hang in there the most. Again thanks for your comment I truly appreciate it XOXO.
Sorry about late response, I'm just seeing your comment now. You can use rubbing alcohol or just try to wash it with dawn and water... thanks for your compliment, I appreciate it! Xoxo
Sorry for late response Georgianna😍. I'm barely seeing your comment now but I started watering them 2 weeks after making this arrangement because I waited to see the cutting get callus and roots... thanks for your question, be blessed. Xoxo
Marriellen Peachy Nya Abba Gittens thank you for your comment. Just seeing it now but thank you for watching. Ok I love Jades because they’re pretty hardy and can with stand anything pretty munch. Hope this helps
I usually water one good soak once a month! sorry for late reply but this comment didnt show up until i saw it in spam. thank you and be blessed my friend!
Robin Wolfe Sorry about the late reply! Just seeing your comment now Robin! Sorry you lost three and hopefully by now you’ve replaced the ones you lost. I believe every green thumb is developed over time and the best way to learn is by trial and error. At least that’s what’s been working for me. God bless XOXO
