Justin oversees a real clash of the titans in Blood & Valor between Gerry of OnTableTop and Rufus from Firelock Games.
The guys are primed and ready to go toe to toe in Firelock's new skirmish game Blood & Valor which is set during World War One. As the Germans, Rufus is trying to capture and explode two of three objectives whilst Gerry as the British is looking to disarm the explosives or wipe out the German forces.

Rufus - "You are assuming what he's going to do" /Gerry - "You never know the things you don't know!" /Justin - "Until you know those things!" It's a game table of Philosophers! Really nice game! I have a question. For the plant the bomb scenario, wouldn't it be possible to have to move the team that planted away from the blast otherwise they have to role for damage? Same would apply to a team trying to disable the bomb if they fail.

I love how Justin quizzes Rufus as to why he doesn't like poker/gambling.. Rufuses answer is perfect! "I like to keep money and not lose it!" 😂

I assume it was intentional framing to have Justin the farthest away from the camera, making Rufus and Gerry seem even larger by comparison?

This game really has my intrest. Blood and Plunder is great, but this may be even more up my alley thematically.

The bidding mechanic can make it a little wonky, but the company's other game, 'Blood & Plunder' does have rules for playing larger games which I think could be applied here. I would look to have each team be a single "army" with a "general" who handles the bidding. Then, each player commands a "division" within that army. Whatever the general bids, each player then selects a unit and activates it, per that bid.
