I really like how they made both people comprising the name "Hokusai" and "Bakin" fit into the same origin. Oei can take on the role of Hokusai because some of the paintings that she drew were sold under her fathers name, so both his name and his legacy as an artist became intertwined with hers. They are both Hokusai. Similarly, Omicchi metaphorically (and functionally) became Bakin's eyes during his older years, so she too became intertwined with his legend in a similar manner. I'd say that's pretty good theming.

6:15 Just as the skill/NP number is yellow to show it has been upgraded once, it will be yellow if it is one of the few that has been upgraded twice, like EMIYA's 3rd skill which has been upgraded from Magecraft to Projection then to Circuit Connect.
