I got ANNIHILATED just a moment ago in my first playthrough of this location/killer. Came here to see if I was doing something incorrectly. EDIT: OMG…just realized I’ve been playing on the “hard” side of the horror/time track for all my playthroughs so far. Wow, surprised I’ve won any of them! :)

Hopefully, you have already won against Inkanyamba at this point. First few games against him, I only won one time and then I realize I was moving him during killer phase even if he doesn't have the boot icon. LOL

Names for the victims? Since there is 12. Allen, Alice, Bob, Betty, Carl, Carol, Dave, Dotty, Edward, Ethel, Frank, and Francis.

I tried the Sacred Groves with the Poltergeist as my killer. I lost every freaking time because every time the Divine Wrath reaches Level 10, it always gets unleashed for me and shit just snowballs from there.

HN is way better if you do career mode. Also make sure to roleplay it!

yeah, I normally use it as a discard to change a die to a success, which is guaranteed. If I use it for the re-roll I might still fail and then I'm out the card anyway. Do you find it much better to use for the re-roll? Maybe I should be doing that more!

@@PaulaDeming I use it mainly to re-roll outcomes that give me no option to discard for success. I also make it a point to try to max out my hand of cards so I have plenty to discard. I also find people forget you may discard cards for 1 time.

Loved your victory and please, I don´t want to spoil it, but, if, as you said, you never won this game, how could you have unblocked the adelaide bat and shield ? This item come sealed in the inkanyamba box with a note to only open when you survive a game with Adelaide. And you used only this item through all the game and made a lot of damage with it.

so the first couple of those special items didn't come with that note on them--it was just for those characters specifically. So I opened up a bunch of them right away without stopping to read the envelopes more closely, as--like you said--many of them say to only use once you've won a game. So I ended up with some special items earlier than I should have and honestly I don't know how to win without them hehehe. So I keep using them if they come up!
