On the topic of music, it's insane how huge this game's soundtrack is. It's 8 CDs, almost a hundred tracks. That's almost as much as Xenoblade 3's, which is insane to me. From having less than 10 in the original to this. And of course, the quality is equally insane. The remixes of the original tracks are really good, but the new ones are the real standouts. The one playing during Saiki's scene made his introduction even better than it was already.

Ciel gaslights people into thinking she`s popular, which is just sad ah, one of the few non-choices in this VN, exploring the mansion or waiting patiently, you still meet Saiki and have the same scene. First impressions are important, cant risk people getting a wrong one about Saiki by having variance in the introductory scene also, BTW, Saiki was the family name of the guy killed in Red Demon God in Kagetsu Tohya

I hope to see the remake do more with Arihiko because he's still proving himself as the best character. I'm with you in saying it's a damn crime that he's never been in Melty Blood. And Goutou sure is a thing, and I can see why they'd have other people appear at the mansion at least sometimes since it felt really limited as a setting in the original when you only see a few characters total. Reminds me of how Arihiko never visited the place, which was just baffling. 11:36 I can't believe you didn't comment on seeing them use the better spelling of Yumizuka.
