All the colors ypur doing are fantastic. I want to paint my trans am ARK ORANGE! It would be awesome if you could sample that and add a pearl! Keep up the great videos 🎉
I'm loving the purple. But could you show a color shift from the Violet to a lime green maybe? I been wanting to see a "extra Lime" with a Poison Grape colorshift style. Please and thank you.
Keep it up brother hopefully your channel gets more interest definitely deserves it and so do you my brother very informative I’d like to see a red base coat with some sorta bronze or brown type pigment appreciate the videos and keep up the good work!!
I don't use high tech clear coat but I definitely use there paint.... I also use very cheap reducers when I paint because a reducer is a reducer..... Just like acetone is acetone.... Save yourselves some $$$$$$ the only thing different in reducer is the speed of which it eveporates. Slow, medium, fast. 🎉🎉🎉🎉
@@myblkz I use any brand of reducer that's on sale boss... IV never had a problem because it's all the same chemical make up..... Just use it according to your environment slow medium fast.... But other then that it's all the same thing. Paints, pigments and clears are different but reducers and acetones are all the same.
Beautiful color. Ya definitely reduce the black some more. Thats the key for slick black basecoat finishes, over reduce. The gun looked like it was struggling to get the material out. The clear went on nice. That clear sure was watery. Had a nice shine tho
When I mixed the Geisha in the clear it was the most beautiful color, I shot it over 7 different colors one being Black Rose metallic which is a GM color thats on my C4 vette some people call it plum or purple, after I shot the color was mainly purple with deep sparkles and a blue shift the sparkles were very pronounced its a beautiful color shift very brilliant
Try a black pearl over Rust-Oleum silver of some kind. Not like the Chrome though. Just some sort of metallic silver Planning on painting a truck, and I would like inspiration for it LOL.. And also to see how it looks without me having to buy the paint and try it myself LOL
I'm really sold on using this intercoat now. I wasn't really aware of it before but I can see the benefits of using it. I should have an air compressor to try out these colors. This is a beautiful color for sure. 😮
I love your paint / color experiments using different pigments. I got one for you it's kind of a bright vibrant combination. Rust-Oleum has a fluorescent yellow spray paint (like high viz highlighter) I'd like to see The eye candy Saturn yellow over it or something similar to the saturn yellow ghost Pearl on top of it, thinking about painting my motorcycle that color and would like to add a pearl over it for a bit of pop but I'm curious to see what it would look like. Yellow is my favorite color. I haven't seen you do a yellow one yet and if you did I may have missed it.
Just a suggestion why dont you get a plastic soup ladle with the pouring lip on the side to dip your clear into your cup instead of dipping your stick to fill the mixing cup. You could sit the cup down on the scale dip the ladle in the clear and just slowly dip the ladle side ways until have the right measurement save you a lot of time when mixing
I have a 2019 factory black dodge ram. Paint is still like new but if I wanted to use like a "ghost gold" clearcoat, can I just spray or do I need to sand it down first? Thanks for amazing videos
I wonder if you had you ratio too thick on your base coat . Never heard of 50/50 mix on paint unless maybe expoxy or primer. I wonder if you reduced it a little more if it would of flowed out? Did you find out what the problem was ?
