I've been thinking about Angel Dei making MC related videos bc her vlog about menstrual products before is one of the first videos I watched about that topic. Happy to say, I'm an MC user now ❣️

Kaya nga gusto ko na mag ka work at gusto ko na rin maging independent para makagawa na rin ako ng mga gantong decisions sa buhay kasi si mama kahit sabi ko pang gusto kong itry mga gantong bagay she will surely not understand because she's the typical Filipino mom na sobrang conservative at traditional. One time nga ikwenento ko sa kanya yong about sa tampons, sabi niya mali daw na 'kung ano-ano yong ipapasok' doon, yong ano lang daw dapat na magiging asawa ko ang papasok doon. I was quite enraged not gonna lie. So dapat pala mas mauna pa ang t*t* ng iba na maka explore sa akin bago ako sa sarili kong katawan at ano naman mapapala ko sa t*t*?yeah maybe I could have a baby and feel pleasure perong ibang uri din ng pleasure at satisfaction na ma explore sarili mo at makakabigay ka ng comfort sa katawan mo sa pamamagitan ng pag try ng iba pang alternatives like instead of sanitary pads ay pwede din pala mag menstrual cup. The thing about this that so promising to me and the main reason I wanna try this out is yong comfort na naiibigay niya, imagine mo yon di mo masyadong mararamdaman na meron ka sobrang saya kaya nun. I'm that kind of girl na 3 days lang mag ka mens pero grabe kung duguin as in nauubos ko yonh buong pack and napakagastos nun kaya thankyou Ms. Angel Dei, I have already set my mind into trying this out pero wala lang akong means.

To those girls out there watching this vlog, this is your sign to switch on using menstrual cup. Don't be scared, fear usually comes from ignorance. Explore your body first know your cervix height, pelvic muscles strength & locate your cervix. Once you're done, your almost 80% ready to switch on mc. Don't forget to research MC brands, diff brands, diff sizes & level of firmness. It's quite expensive but once you get the right cup for you or what they called goldicup. Trust me, it's worth it & life changing. Also, investing on branded MC will save you a lot of money because it can last for 2 to 5 years depends on how you take care of it. 😊

It took me a year to decide about switching and when I did, I swear there’s no coming back to pads!! Sobrang life changing nito, minsan di ko na ramdam na meron pala ako at may suot akong MC, less period pain, no leaks and odor, one time big time pag purchase pero mas mura na yon kasi it can last years. Mahirap maglagay and tanggal at first pero matututunan naman. And yes, I first heard and learned about MCs because of angel dei hahahaha kaya girls switch na kayo!!! 💜

ITS BEEN A YEAR since I watched this video!! :) so after ko to pinanuod nung May 2021, I decided to buy the Canack menstrual cup. I was a little discouraged kasi the cup didn't feel right. Masakit siya sa loob, especially kung may dysme ako. Naka 30+ attempts ata ako bago ko maipasok 🤣 also sobrang conscious ko like lagi ko siya iniisip. I ended up not using the cup anymore. Lumaban pa rin ako and I bought the Saalt soft small. This cup changed my life!! Super comfy. Minsan nakakalimutan kong may cup ako. Also nakaka run/jog ako with my cup, nakakapag beach din. I even surfed with my cup on. I'm so happy na nakita ko tong video mo Ms. Angel. Para siyang go signal na mag switch na ako to MCs. Ngayon isang attempt lang mag insert, g na hahaha. One more tip: pag tatanggalin, pinch yung bottom/base part na malapit sa labasan ng ihi para hindi ma-bitchslap yung bladder natin (masakit sya) 😂 and once ma-pinch dahan-dahan ang paghila. Pwede mong i-wiggle unti-unti hanggang sa mailabas mo yung cup 😊 Hehe I'm also a newbie sa paggamit nito and I've had discomfort and leaks kasi di pa ako sanay gumamit, pero practice lang at mapeperfect din natin yan 😁

I bought menstrual cup nung January, medyo kinabahan ako when i tried using it. I ended up scared and went back to using pads kasi di ko nalagay ng maayos. Di ko parin natatry to practice again until now. Watching this, medyo nagkakalakas ako ng loob ulit to try it! Naiirritate kasi ako sa napkin and napapansin ko na humihina yung paglabas ng blood pag nagnapkin na ako. Minsan mas lumalabas pa yung dugo pag naka panty liner lang. dunno kung ako lang yun, pero talagang ayaw ko na mag napkin. Sa Intimina ko din nabili yung sakin, sa Shopee. 🙂
