Very informative video angel.theres only one thing that bothers me, its your nails.. haha, its been a year na din since I started using menstrual cups, sayo ko din siya nalaman at life saver talaga siya, but eventually I noticed na having long nails make me uncomfortable as I insert the cup.. yun lang naman. Di ka ba nahihirapan mag insert with that nails?😅

anyone else nahihirapan sa disc at mas okay sakanila yung cup? gusto ko rin magswitch sa disc kaso, incontinence, pag tumatawa o tumatalon nagleleak sakin 😑
