Hi Jim, thanks for sharing I think we all struggle from time to time with Mental Health. Life is forever tossing things at us. I am glad you have this channel as an outlet (and you are really great at what you do). One thing that has helped me this year is learning about and how to do Meditation and seeing a Reiki Healer. Try to stay in the positive.

I beleive we all have, lets say those issues, and some are a tad bit stronger than others and also in the way they present themselves or lets say the way that we ourselves see it. Thank You for sharing. And yes, by all means do what is the most passionate in your own heart to do, not what and how society etc. wants it to be. Oh hey. I looked up the Luna Moth for you and this is what it said. (googled it) lol. Luna moths symbolize change, transformation, the divine feminine, spiritual enlightenment, inner guidance, intuition, adaptability, or connection with nature. Seeing a luna moth can be a sign to embrace change and appreciate the natural world around you. It can also mean that good luck is headed your way. 👍 ( Empath Energy is hard to handle at times) I get it too. Safe travels and Congrats to your son.

I struggle with this same exact thing and I dove into art and my first show vending was the half way to Halloween and I enjoyed it so much I felt in the zone I thought for sure I was going to be over ridden with anxiety but I was totally fine well when you out the camera on me I was a little awkward lol but I enjoyed it so much I’ve signed up to vend 3 more shows so hopefully we run into each other again and can chat

Thanks for sharing this Jim. For myself mental health is something that's hard to talk about & I'm not really a people person, I'd rather spend time alone or have short conversations with others. Through the years I've worked to become more confident and speak to others as much as possible (I still struggle from time to time).
