Definitely would like Google Home intagration and android widget.

going to 172.16.0.1 on my laptop did not work and going to it on my phone did not work

it has taken me over 2 hours and still not connected the tech support leaves a lot to be desired

now you tell that for android phones and when I need it nobody know about that -.-

I gave it a thumbs up pretty much just for the creation of the video and the effort that went into it. But I asked, why is all of this necessary? Why a video? Why is certain steps to take if this happens or if that happens? I look at my desktop or my laptop computer and if I disconnected whatever I have connected to it disconnected from there wi-fi simulated a blackout etc etc. when you power that device back on after whatever drama happened to it unless it was a power surge or you downloaded a virus the dang device would just kick back on and would simply.....work. there shouldn't be forums and discussion boards and other non Neptune persons putting in their two cents. There shouldn't be any of that there should be no forms no discussion boards why? Because it just works. I mean come on $6,000 really that's what we get? Call in make a ticket wait for them to get back with you. I mean really come on for really real it should just simply work. No code, no nothing just work
