Fantastic house Ms. Eva two thumbs up! parang ang tangkad ni Ms. Eva sa kanyang outfit at bagay na bagay ang color ng dress lumabas ang pagka flawless sa color ng damit. Nagandahan po ako sa mga bedrooms lahat may walk in closet at ang ganda ng mga toilet and bath superb.

The exterior is a bit mehh but maganda naman ang loob so okay na rin, gusto ko rin yung lahat ng kwarto may walk through closet; big points! and sana yung mga aircons included na or dapat split type yung nilagay na provisions kasi malalaki yung mga rooms. Yung 3rd room pwedeng maging cinema or gym. Overall, it's a good house that's presented with a good host👍

Napaka ganda ng bshay

Medyo off lang yung living area, sana sinarado na lang yung glass door para may paglalagyan ng tv, pero pwede naman ipasarado yun at gawing glass window pero gagastos ka pa ng ilang libo, overall sobrang ganda ng house lalo na mga rooms at katabi pa ng Park na maraming puno, perfect para makapaglaro ang mga kids sa hapon.

Galeng sana walang doorknob yung room na pangsalon at master bedroom parang magiging a la panic room so kung may home invasion d nila agad malaman na may hiding place pala dyan hehehe . . .

Naloka ako andaming storage jusq sanaol😂. Pero Ang Ganda Ng bahay very spacious.Ganda rin Ng 1st bedroom sa 2nd floor mala masters bedroom😍Magandang gawing gym Yung room sa 3rd floor/rooftop Kung d nman gagamiting bedroom mas own bathroom Rin nman sya Soo goo lng.

I saw 4 bedrooms on the 2nd level. The 3rd level room was a media/cinema room, whilst the 1st level 'bedroom' was an office/study/library; it had no access to a full bathroom on that level. Not sure where the 7th bedroom was. Why would you have a hair salon in your house? Saw the door to the driver's quarters, but not inside for some reason. No 4 car garage or carport, just outdoor parking. For AU$5,000,000 I'd get a better house in Sydney on a larger lot. But it was interesting to see your tour Eva.
