@@turdcurd9082 a place to store food. Typically, it's like a small walk-in closet with shelves, other times it's more of a general term that applies to an area you keep canned foods, snacks, and other things that take a while to expire.
Every time one of these rating videos comes out I feel a huge sense of relief of a tension I didn't realize I was carrying, and knowledge that I've just received something I didn't know I needed. Thank you Sungwon for helping me relax and unwind after a tough day again and again and again. Edit - My life is like a reduced fat triscuits until I see an upload, suddenly I remember what it's like to be an original triscuit again with full fat.
Although his upload schedule isn't super frequent, you should try watching brutalmoose! He has some food reviews that I feel like are in the same vein as prozds, but they're also super hilarious
When i was a kid i thought triscuits were stupid, and especially the olive oil or tomato ones, and that they were wheat thins stupid cousin. Now i love triscuits, especially the ones i thought were dumb as kids.
This pretty much confirms my opinion that Triscuits are a snack _ingredient_ rather than a snack in-and-of themselves. You need to add more to them to get an actual snack.
Fun Fact: Triscuit was originally short of "electric biscuit"; because they were baked using electricity. They're that old, over 120 years old, that baking them using electricity instead of like a fire or oven was so groundbreaking.
They just very plain-wheat tasting, you taste the salt at the very beginning but then the salt taste immediately disappears. Honestly not that bad if you don't mind eating things like plain toast or plain oatmeal.
Yeah I'm surprised by that. As someone who has been advised to avoid salt, I would totally put some cheese on them or something and a little disappointed that they are rated so bad.
you're joking but that could legit be a video with all the different brands of bottled water (plus filtered/brita, distilled, soda/tonic, etc). Dasani = F tier.
My whole family are triscuit stans. The balsamic and Gouda ones are our faves. I usually have them with cream cheese , my dad has them with cheddar cheese. I could eat a whole box in one sitting, but i don’t because my stomach would kill me lol
Im pretty sure they once made fig and honey triscuits, even tho I can't find them anymore. They really were my favorites. They also make cheddar / tzatziki flavor
A trick I've learned to max the flavor of ANY bagged chip or flavored cracker, is to turn the bag upside down before opening it. That allows the crumbs and dust to get over the food, giving it a little extra 'kick' before you taste them.
@Mr. Dog Yeah, in a lot of ways, organic is a scam. The sentiment that led to the creation of organic produce is right, but big companies have adopted it as a means of getting more money from effectively the same product.
@Mr. Dog Well it *might* be healthier. There isn't a lot of study into the difference between more conventional big agriculture and organic food/produce's long term health effects. And that's ignoring the fact that it's possible to use pesticides that are legally "organic", but in some cases can even be worse if ingested. Or hurt other beneficial flora/fauna (like bees). The discussion of organic isn't cut and dry, but I do think that the more we find solutions that fit into the homeostasis that nature finds itself, the better everything/everyone will be in the long run. I will say that GMOs have been studied in a few different long-term cases and been found to be totally safe. People hate on them, but they have literally saved whole populations from agricultural blights that would otherwise have devastated the population.
Love starting off my mornings with breakfast and Sungwon ranking snacks I never have. I’m bummed this is the last one I haven’t seen, gonna need to find a new morning video to watch
you know, this video is so much different from the other snack ones. usually we hear him complain about only being able to taste sweet and pain, now we get to hear him gripe about only tasting salt and death
These videos honestly always open my eyes to trying some things I put off. First it was reduced fat Pringles which became my new favorite, then it was Pop-Tart crisps, and now organic triscuits
I've not had human food for over 8 years, but watching you consume these things reminds me of a time I could, and Triscuits were some of my fave. Thank you for all you do!
Roasted Garlic is my go-to, but I don't usually eat Triscuits plain. I have my own snack recipe I use them for. 1) Cover a plate with a flat layer of garlic Triscuits. 2) Spread a layer of your favorite pizza sauce. 3) Stick a slice of pepperoni to each Triscuit 4) Add a bag of shredded mozzerella to the top 5) Microwave for 2-3 minutes. 6) Eat.
Love your description of the Tomato Flavor Triscuits; love it. Your hate for the Salt & Pepper Flavor is great. Your description of each Flavor is great; you do a great job of telling how they taste. Good job!! Keep making videos like this.....
