So Sonic now goes at actual sonic speed now. Neat 😊 Breaking the music with speed ... kinda reminds me of how you could break the Emerald Hill music on 2 player sonic 2 by going too fast 😅

Chrissy Bea - I've played Sonic 2 since 1992, and I don't ever remember breaking the music in 2 player mode by going too fast? Care to explain? :)

redhotsonic it was an intermittent thing, I'd get speed shoes which would speed the music up, as it does. If I then interrupted the music by doing something like get an extra life or spin the finishing post the music when it faded back in sounded like it was playing at 4x speed. It only happened on 2 player and only on Emerald Hill. Very odd 😅😅

2:35 when you select resume and press enter, the music for some reason stops (this still happens in plus) but if you press escape instead, the music carries on!

The amount of fun you can be having just for changing values, whether you "Gotta Go Hyper Fast!" or game breaking, just for laughs. I do like the all 3 abilities in one (super peel out, insta-shield, and drop dash). It can open up a lot of interesting tactics.

The peel-out, drop dash, and insta shield all in one is actually a thing already in the game. U need to go to level select and the cheat code is 9,0,0,1.
