I saw JOE IN THE 80'S PLAYING WITH THE ORIGINAL PROJECT! All I can say is WOW! EVERYTHI FROM THE PROJECT'S first album! One of my ALL TIME FAVORITE CONCERTS! Grand Rapids Michigan....GREAT NORTHERN MUSIC HALL!!!
@@javiermoretti1825And Joe sells 100 times as many records as either of those guys. He plays to huuuuge audiences with his choice of band mates. The world is full of super techy, music theory guys who have all the charisma of a wooden plank. This is a rock star who gets people off their asses and into the party.
Can we take a moment to acknowledge just how talented Hagen is?? Singing Ralph Morman’s vocals is NO easy task and he makes it sound easy!! Amazing work Hagen, my friend!!💖💖
Summer Jam 2, Chicago, Soldiers Field, 1978. Frank Marino & Mohagany Rush, AC/DC (with BON SCOTT!), Fkn Foreigner and Aerosmith headlined it!!! I was there, blowin J's and air guitarring the entire concert!!!
I read his 1980 debut solo album was recorded in part to pay off an $80,000 room service bill Perry had racked up during the band's Draw the Line tour in 1978. This song was remade for Aerosmith's 1985 album Done with Mirrors, the first with the original lineup since 1979's Night in the Ruts (Perry left the band in the middle of that album's recording sessions) and the band's first for Geffen Records. But while it fared even worse in sales than 1982's Rock in a Hard Place did, it did show that the original quintet was back and here to stay.
@Official Joe Perry 😅 Joe 😁 i still have ur email if that u were u 😄. Let me know if it is 🤘😎 n u know i won’t n been at the concerts on RU-vid too. C me there or watch n u’ll c me 🔥🖤🔥✨🎸
Fhuck me, about shjit myself... Thought that was Josh Todd @ :30 when first walked out on stage... Then I really lost it when I thought it was Denis Leary!! I gotta go pour me another drink...
I've always liked the original Joe Perry project version better. Don't get me wrong I love Aerosmith's version but people need to remember if I'm not mistaken this was a basically a big fuck you to Aerosmith after they'd split for a while. I still remember seeing commercials on TV after they got back together with first Stephen introducing himself and then Joe and then them both saying at the same time from the same band!
Not sure who the other guitar player is but Dave Hull is in bass. He was in the original JPP. Marty Richards is on drums. Two of my most favorite musicians to work with.
Best version of this song I've heard live, since the original lineup. But you are missing my uncle Ronnie on drums. That kid did do a damn good job but not the same. But the singer is as close to Ralph there is 🤘🤘
