honistly i hope in kenshi 2, there is a city like this, one buil over the sea, since its said we will get boats and more contients

That would be awesome! I'm sure they will have cities like this, where you can travel by boat/ship. Maybe there will also be pirate ship battles 🤔.

Boats would be nice! Maybe even have chests or a cargo hold for trade as well. More continents? That actually makes me feel more for the people of Kenshi. They lost so much and don't even know what all existed beforehand either. Epic foreshadowing for Mankind?

Great ideas, I hope they use storage in ships - and have trading ship routes between water settlements. I'm making a Moon series that explores what could have happened that caused the first and second empire events. Mankind seems bent on overgrowing and expanding, then self-destruction. Perhaps we'll find our true selves beyond that someday. @@Lefrog420Blazin

I hope kenshi 2 expands on settlements. Like, imagine if you can create custom laws, or run tourism hubs with entertainment and hotels. I also hope they add an option for characters to have likes and dislikes, like in RimWorld, to give each party member uniqueness

I hope so too - would be great to add these features in Kenshi 2! Having more customization would add to an already great experience :) Can you imagine having a party member go insane and burning the town down after losing a family member?

@@unknownself-kenshi I sometimes wish Kenshi was around about 20 years ago when I was spending this kind of energy creating my RPG or 10 years ago when I was play testing magic the gathering decks for hours upon hours. I would be doing everything I could to make cities like this. Bless you for focusing your creativity in this way.

What are you plans for the wide road bridge tops? Open air market stalls and peddlers on either side?

Likely more merchants, bars, a library, research lab, and some defenses.

This is using the F12 menu, placing bridges down, warping squad to bridges, then building 1 shack to start the process. I used a decent number of building mods as well.

@vortex1xp650 I use it for base building and getting my squad unstuck if a character glitches into textures. F12 menu, center camera over spot you want to warp to, save, reload and check "reset squad position" option.
