The guy on the right of the lead singer, in the more yellow costume, is Philip Bailey who you watched sing with Phil Collins. I had the AWESOME pleasure of seeing Earth Wind and Fire live in Upstate NY....back in the day of course. If you think watching the video is great, they kick ass live. And there is no adequate way to fully describe the concert vibe. Johnny Walker, Jose Cuervo & Mary Jane were always in attendance and everybody shared what they had. They performed on Sunday night but the party started outside in the park on Friday morning. Back then when there was a concert, the local radio station would play nothing but that band. We would blast it on the ride up. I now realize how fortunate I was to have grown up during the huge concerts, when you could bring what you wanted into the show, you could take pics during the show and BBQ outside. One of our concert venues was Saratoga Performing Arts Center, 2000 + acre park which only added to the experience. You should review Chicago and The Commodores. Saw both of them live too. Great memories.

To this day, they still play this at parties and it gets the room rocking.
