Missed the live as I was out doing yardwork. I always hit that thumbs up! Thanks for showing the process of cleaning the injectors and installing/sizing the new seals. I did a lot of Bosch CIS injector cleanings and seal installs. Have yet to work on any fuel rail mounted injectors.

Hi Ford Boss. I've had one hell of a nasty journey here since november. 2017 escape 1.5. Trans went out. Couldn't afford service or a reman and am poor.. I'm not a professional mechanic but I have mechanical skills. I pulled it myself, got tech trans, and rebuilt it in my family room. Put it back in. Ran good for a couple days till misfire on all 4 coils. I bought new spark plugs. Good for a few days. Engine improved. Then coil 3 alert. Bought coil. , ran good for one day. Misfire number 3 for weeks and double checked wires etc. Today, I took out coil and spark plug on 3 out. The porcelain was cracked. I just put a good one in along with another fresh coil on 3 and because I had a little money bought a coil for 4 too. Ill get the other 2 soon. Do you suggest I do another neutral to misfire correction procedure?? Lastly thanks for your videos. During all this research, I had no idea of fluid intrusion. I will be getting rid of this junk asap.
Great video, 2 thumbs up! any chance you know if later model Volvo 2.0 Turbos have the injector to rail connections done in similar way? I think Ford used to own Volvo is why I'm asking. Thank you again for your time and service.
It’s interesting to see, the GM direct injectors have two sized combustion seals, I’m not sure if it’s two for redundancy or not but it makes using the sizer tool a pain sometimes

@@FordBossMe how do you even attach a slide hammer to it? The one I have for Bmw’s and diesel applications screw onto the top of the injectors but these don’t have a place for that…
And if you look in the comment section and watch the video all the way through you might find that the part number was there you just missed it because you weren't paying attention
