@@lolzlolz102 Wait till you see what’s coming. I was speaking to one of their lead developers at Shotshow, and they have some pretty heavy things on the horizon. I just hope you’re able to get all of them in the states. They have a large inventory that we can’t even get.

@@AlternateArmsSD I have the T4E TM4 RIS version and a few of their pistols and they are all great. Was hoping they would have expanded their rifle line up or done something like an MP5/MP7 variant by now.

John!!! FANTASTIC content as always, my man! A decent video on these t4e .43 rifles has been long overdue, and you nailed it! I've been seriously considering purchasing this one and the HK416 version. They take the same magazines, and an on/off adapter valve with a 90g co2 sticking out of the bottom of it would turn up the wick a bit. Also, love your tough guy impression, the naysayers never volunteer to take a full mag, ironically 😅. Cheers from Indiana!!!

Just an idea, and I haven’t checked, but would the CO2 activator from the HDR50 fit the thread in the base of the TM4 magazine? Then you could have a loaded mag with an un pierced CO2 and just strike the base of the mag when you needed it?

Hello again. I was really looking forward to this. I'm really impressed. I just wished that it came in. 50cal. Still as is with the hanger in it would be a great travel launcher. My Mecury Rise mub50 came in yesterday. It was adjusted to max velocity right out of the box from the factory. Awesome launcher. Learning curve for the mag to launcher reload. Byrna Sd for edc. Mub50 and Ltl alfa by the doors. Thanks again.

Thank you for mentioning the inadequate testing by some self defense and gun channels at 2:51 It’s frustrating because 9 times out of 10 they take 1 shot wearing face and eye protection to the chest (obviously they should do that, it’s just not going to accurately measure the efficacy of the weapon in a real life scenario) and are like yeah that’s not effective I’d still attack you, What!? So anyway thanks for testing and bringing awareness to less lethals they’re totally viable for self defense and anyone who would argue that isn’t being honest.

They also come in Black and there is a Full Auto Variant as well. Their HK 416 looks good and is the same power. Have No idea why they are less power than their pistols. In future, would love for them to make them at least 20 joules and have 40 round Drum clips that takes 2 co2 cartridges. Good Stuff.

I agree completely!! this did not take two CO2 cartridges as it would’ve been a very easy upgrade on that magazine. Maybe that’s something I need to look into. :-)

@@louskunt1066 Possibly, but if you did you would need either a 2nd CO2 cart or an HPA adapter. The higher the velocity and shot count the more air or CO2 you’d use.

This rifle looks wickedly cool, but I'm really surprised that they designed it so that you have to carry a coin or a screwdriver to load and unload the CO2 cartridge. That seems like a bad design choice whether you're using it in the home or on the playing field... Hold on guy with the knife, I need to find a coin or something so I can change my CO2 cartridge LoL. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do to fix that issue. I'm curious how many Joules this thing does compared to other launchers.

ok, something else I want to spend my money on. thanks Jon. ( I blame you). incidentally, looks like, as with the PPQ all the valves are in the magazine. so by a good number of mags keep a couple loaded and ready to go, and if the valves fail , just replace the mags or you can alternate them. the mags are cheaper than the gun.

Yeah the TM4 shows some real potential. I was speaking with a Umarex developer the other day and he said that he had some plans..... All we need to dual C02 and a larger valve block.. That would really juice this thing!

Wow a damn whole assault rifle marker that uses 12g CO2 and can use a whole mag or two damn........ really nice.... but it def can use an HPA TANK and go seriously crazy and I am sure people are already super modding this like they did the HDP50 HDR50 HDR68, VALKEN 17 VALKEN CQMF, FSC PEPPERBALL, FSC MICRO, any other ones I've missed that can be INSANELY modded to it being "Deadly" if used right.-cough- 70-110 and up joules cough people

oof, just looked this up......I can't even afford the PPQ (that I prefer over the glock version due to seemingly slightly higher power), this is more that double the cost...won't be having one of these in the foreseeable future

If those threads are the same as the other umarex I have a dummy co2 with a thread external base and 1/8npt taped hole on bottom for a foster fill there 7075 aluminum I had made I teather a hpa tank to it there legend replica use the same screw in style tanks 🛠️💯👌👍✌️🎯🍻😉

The “real gun” theory would be my guess. The cool thing is that uses actual furniture from an M4. You can change all of that out. Or, we could just use some RIT dye and fix that real quick :-)

How does this compare to the Bryna mission

The mission fires a larger ball (.68 vs .43). I am working on getting a mission in to test on the channel. (I met Byrna at shotshow and was assured they would be sending one for testing). At this point, the closest to the mission would be the Valken M17 or the first strike T15. Either way, you cant go wrong!

IMHO it's just way too much of a job to get this going, unless you pre charge and just leave it sitting. Also is there a second mag? If not you are pretty much dead in the water. Seriously cool though.

Yeah, I had an idea for that actually. You wouldn’t necessarily need to pre-charged, but there would be some sort of mechanism on the magazine that you could charge it quickly. I’m gonna look into seeing what I can create. :-)

They only max 7.5 joules at .43 cal. As great as this air rifles are I wouldnt consider these over even a T15. Especially for the price. Plus there is no air through stock option and from what I see little room for raising the power. So yes great look and feel for milsim but question mark over Less lethal application much like their semi auto pistols.
