LOVE: Letting thoughts go & Letting feelings be.
Our overthinking strengthens the feeling/emotion.
1- So we suspending thinking about the feeling/emotion long enough to allow the feeling/emotion to be fully expressed.
2- Then we can reflect/think on the feeling/emotion to understand it.
LOVE
I am finding my Love, has been covered over by many, fears. Fears I was not aware of.
Working with the book - Letting Go by David R. Hawkins is allowing my Love to shine through more often.
