Boy I feel stupid! Never thought to put a second one going the opposite direction. I just gave up and bought the lettuce boat to begin with. Thanks for the inexpensive hack. I have been doing these lately so I can fit back into my shorts😂😂

I do this in a bite size version with spinach or arugula leaves. Much more health benefits and fun to eat. 🥰

I do this all the time! It's changed my lettuce wrap game! You get a nice crunch in every bite. I roll mine like a burrito to make for a cleaner eating experience, lol.

Lettuce has very little nutritional value as it's mostly water. So I wouldn't fret the "getting enough veggies" in regards to lettuce..... However this is a good tip to make it easier finger food.
