As a physiotherapist and PT with 12 years of experience I only one thing to say: this is by far the best isolation, mobilization, and physiological muscular engagement I have ever seen on youtube. This man is a role model and one of very, very, very few who actually get all the contractions right. Big respect.
My abs are awesome. I love them since they're the best and most important part of my physique. That's why I have layers and layers of fat to protect them.
I followed this along with his other videos and I saw results in just 3 days! I did this and other things in his other videos and it really works! Great job man!
been about 40 days doing this. started from 1X, now doing 3X. i got the results. 4 packs clear, left with the 2 packs at the abdomen. i'm going 100 days anyways. stopped eating bread. i take fruits too almost daily. thanks a lot man!
My daughter and I started this about 2 months ago. First we only did 1 round then jogged a mile...lost 8lbs and we are up to 2 rounds then the mile and 2 more rounds. Definite strength gains in abs and back. Thanks for putting this online! btw im 40yrs old and 6'3 at 191lbs now. No regiment prior to this. So it works, just stick with it.
This workout works after a few weeks...I may be only 14 but this is going towards my root of success I've been searching for. As well as I use an ab cruncher and a treadmill too but this honestly is an amazing thing to consider on your workout list. Especially if you're looking for six pack and ripped calves quickly thanks for the video!
I loved everything about this workout video! I like how it gets to the workout quickly, the timer, the countdown, how it's 20 seconds of work then rest, how it confuses your muscles, everything!!!
Yes i got a good burn while following this workout for 3 rounds. Thank you for sharing. It is always good with new ideas, and inspiration for workouts. Keep up the great work..
On the V-Hold, the gym that I go to has this volleyball-sized medicine ball that only weighs 2-lb. It's small enough for me to mostly palm and control one handed. I like to pass it between my alternating legs. Imagine that I'm in the V-Hold position, and then sort of doing a flutter-kick, but without keeping my legs stiff. The legs must be separated enough to pass the ball between them. I like this "dynamic-flutter-V-Hold" a lot. I recommend it to anyone. No need to use that particular ball, as I'm sure that even a tennis ball, or even passing something like a book back-and-forth would work equally well. I did try it with a little 9-lb kettle-bell, but it felt a little bit like an upper-body workout so I abandoned that, but some people might really like that as well.
You are the very best of the best in my opinion. My abs may never look like yours, but they’re looking better than they ever have thanks to your amazing workouts!
So technically it's 20 minutes since you need to do at least 4 rounds for it to be effective Also, that last one is so hard to do because my feet slide back on all the sweat xD
Being doing countless of your workouts for 2-3 weeks and man I love , seeing results and I just wanna do all of them already!! Only in time thanks for the great workout 💪🏼
G. M try to to the exercise for 15 to 30 minutes for a month or more and you will see that your starting to get abs but you have to do every day and you need to eat the right food.
Great ! Jordon great sharing, so everyone can do the workout at playround or home without paying the expensive air-conditioned Gym monthly or annual fee plus the instructor fee. And meanwhile, plenty of natural and fresh air outside to let the body, skin respiration and breathing merge with the nature environment, so one can feel the temp, the humidity, the pressure and the air movement. Thanks Jordan ! I could feel and communicate more with my own body and muscle when doing the workout ! And no need to execuse for lack of time. Just 5 mins/round, even for 4 set rounds would be just 20-25 mins ! Great workout sharing ! THANKS ! 🙏🙏🙏
thinking mom I was eager to do a second set after the first lol it was fun the first time, made me feel good. I've done it three times already, maybe a fourth later today.
Jordan jordan ! Before a month all ur vedios was at 1 million views or less now its doubled up this vedio was at 2.4 million views now 10 million what magic is this
Have been doing it for 4 months now...mixed it with resistance and cardio and results are amazing...lost ~7 kgs. It seems hard initially but now i can easily do 2-3 sets even after hard workout at gym
Hey guys I've done this for a week and so far it has been working. Lost some weight and my abs are slightly popping out now. Can't wait for more improvement
My man, I'm going to do this and another workout of yours EVERY night. I will get back to you in a months time to tell you the results of my general fitness. 👌
I just tried this once, I didn't feel as much burn as I expected but I was sweating really hard so is it OK if I do it for a few more days before I switch to another routine?
Heaven's Demon Yes, I think so! Maybe you have to do it once more for the next time. Do 2-3 rounds and looks, if you have another feeling. If not,you do something wrong or it's to easy for u!😉
@@Sheadogisbeast01 since I already have them and just working on them I only do the 3-4 sets if you do them probbaly and make sure your getting the fullest out of it theres really no need to do the 12-16 because it can be quite challenging
