@@hansolo2439 The Ottomans broke off from Rum into smaller beyliks which had nothing to do with Eastern Rome in the first place. The first ottoman flag was a golden moon and was changed to the yellow moon and the red background after some time which had no correlation to the fall of Constantinople.
