Thanks for all the help meeting my goal’s through the Kettlebell Warrior Academy. I trained for surgery, walked out of the hospital same day and am recovering weeks earlier than a non trainer. I won’t be jumping into the back of the truck for a while but recovering will be awesome.

That "jump" was "exciting" and another demand and shock that our bodies needs and that 71lbs was yet another"shock".The shock for me was to see my husband clear the jump even on the 3rd round. Coach you are a genius of unearthing our weaknesses and our routines that needs to be dragged out of its rut, thank you.More of the same as long as life and limb are not impaired, sir!

Jumping on to that tailgate. OK, I'm impressed. I can (safely) jump maybe 12-14" vertically.

i only have a 20kg kb so i increased the reps to x3 and added a medium resistence band. At the end i finished with 10 x deadlift> deep pause goblet squat > Goblet box jump squat, then I proceeded to die.
