Lately, I’ve thought a lot about the influence of our environments on our wellbeing. In this video, I wanted to share how changing my physical environment helped me to positively improve my life, opening my eyes to new possibilities and broadening my horizons. Travel is a luxury and so in this video, I share some creative ways you can level up your life without spending a lot of money or going overseas (although this is a great experience).
I do share some reflections from my time in Ghana where I am from. Ghana is a place that really inspires me to embrace who I am and my life fully. I hope you enjoy some of the Ghanaian, and African, philosophies I touch on and my reflections from an amazing art exhibition I visited while I was in Ghana.
