You talked about swapping at act 4ish but you didn't take any dex nodes till act 8. EA takes quiet a bit and is why I usually just go arma/crem till later. How are you gonna get the dex that early? If people are thinking they are gonna be able to swap this early without a plan they are gonna be sad panda :(

Multiple people on both this video and the main guide asking about info on leveling with Armagedon Brand + Cremation. Despite what the POB says, there is not much current info I could find, and (understandably) @Palestron isn't responding to RU-vid comments. The only guide I found that has any info on it was a BBBB setup with Arma Brand, Faster Casting, Combustion, Controlled Destruction, and a GGB setup with Cremation, LMP, and Elemental Focus.
just did a trial run to lvl 60 - bit squishy on lvling even with res capped but you do so much damage it honestly doesnt even matter. Only thing I changed was not grabbing the fire mastery node as it made it difficult to cap res early on and damage was good enough. When I pathed down to the ele res nodes I picked it up for a nice boost Edit : Saw you addressed defenses in the video - nice work!

Was I supposed to pick up DEX from gear? Your recommended amulet is for STR and the belt is also STR. What level should I expect to transition to EA Totems? Thanks again for the build guide.
really like your guide!!! The most smooth leveling I have ever tried!!! The only issue I have here is that I am struggling with the monster drops to find the item I need. Eg. I found it hard to find a 4 link body armor with G-R-R-B/G. I think there must have some item dropped but I did see them and pick them up. Is there any chance you can recommend what loot filter you are using? Or it is better for me to create my own EA Ballista loot filter? Thanks a lot!!!!

I hope you go back to the caustic arrow... I tested the caustic arrow on my standard character and it was amazing. Damage was great just dont know about tankiness but it was good.
Great guide! I have a question though: how apart from lucky drop can you get Storm Cloud / Skirmish at leaguestart in act 4 to respec into EA, if chaos orbs only start to drop in around act 7-8? In your previous leveling video you said that you can respec with just 1.5+ AS bow. Is that still viable? Also, I think "Since I don't have a slogan" is already your slogan ;)
following your guide and making good progress. now i am a bit confused because i dont know when to switch the auras, and what auras i need to switch at what point of progress.
Is it ever worth it or even possible to get enough attack speed to drop ancestral bond? That way you could proc combustion & the convergence buff from the ascendancy more easily.
You need around 2.5 attack rate for 6 totems for 20 fusing iirc which is not so easy. I've had around 2.28 (idle in HO, only auras on) with T0 (essence) AS on gloves, T2 on Bow, Quiver implicit, watchers eye 15% speed while affected with Precision, Helmet enchant 15% and rare jewels with double attack speed mods. So i dont think its possible or easy. Some people ignoring attack speed and skip it on gloves, WE, quiver and go for EA damage on enchant for some reason. Don't ignore attack speed mod Lightning spire trap pretty good and consistent.
Do you expect Ashes to be prohibitively expensive? I was following your early league for Archnemesis using it + Purity of Elements and it was so nice to just be elemental ailment immune. I ended up not changing out of it all league, lol.
I used purity of elements too last league, first league ever used it, its so good I will forever use it forever. Feels good to be res capped and not worry about getting enough res on gear.
I dont see many people talking about the Slayer Varient of this build. Was that a dud last league? Im curious about the approach I saw over on Tenkis, I think Ghazz said Slayer varient was his favorite as well. Curious.

I suppose you need dexterity on your items prior to switching over to Explosive Arrow? I am having trouble making the jump to Explosive Arrow due to lack of dexterity.
i returned to poe and this is the build that im playing. ssf btw. have to say, at the very beginning of the transition is kinda bad, maybe that is the reason that you get so many complains? but let me tell you, after a few levels and playing a little with it, and is suddenly quite good. of course is totem playstyle, so if you dont like totems... but i mean, who plays a totem build knowing that doesnt like totem builds and then complains about it? is stupid. i happen to like totems a lot. but... i dont like traps. this is just a question, im still leveling as the guide says, but i have been thinking. we are getting the fuses easily with 6 totems, maybe 5 totems is enough too, and instead of taking ancestral bond the witch herself could also shoot an arrow of two at the mobs? instead of doing the trap thing i mean. has something like that been tried? again, im act7 now, started yesterday, but im feeling like the witch has a lot of spare "time" at the bosses after deploying the totems, and that time maybe could be made into more dps anyway, great guide, cool to see a witch with a bow
@Palstreon I did the swap when you suggested during my test run (around 33) and oh boy, that was rough. The old setup was twice the damage and less clunky. Can you recommend an Armagedon brand/Cremation leveling guide in which I don't have to regret too many passives perhaps ? I know many other people are struggling with this also. Btw, i'm planning on farming Heist before Kitava for couple hours before transitionning. Cheers !
Check crouching tuna guide. I leveled to 68-70 with arma, crema. The damage is pretty good with it, you dont need to go other way in tree, just path close to totem passives and save some after lvl 68. I would also recommend to not spend time on switching at lvl 40 since you lose damage, time and speed. I've tested both version and switching later - less pain. Farm heist with arm brand/crema, take your time and do safe transition. In this case dont forget to level gems on swap.

Are we not running purityt of elements anymore? Ignites and freezes are kind of a big pain. Also goes easy on your gear for resists. Also i have been using Kaom's heart for a long time last league - 500 health is pretty huge and i didn't really need the sockets.
It should be on 6-link enlighten (4lvl) aura setup. During leveling you may use it with Sovereignty before Grace/Determination and capping resists. Additionaly you need well rolled Ashes of the stars if you need precision lvl 20.
Total useless jewel for this build. No point for 2 projectals. On mapping all explode anyway, on bossing you have single target. This jewel only reduce your dmg. I played EA at start in 3.17, probably in 3.18 i will do it again.
Hey boss, can you explain why do i use wrath and when i dont need it anymore ? my guess when i ahve any other elemental damage right ? on ring or unique boss
I swapped to totems earlyish, but noticed that totems died before they could even shoot an arrow. Any tips for making them beefy earlier before you take the totem nodes at the bottom of the tree? Or should I stick to Arma brand until then?
I checked out Fyrgrass Ignite DMG breakdown and it doesnt seem too concerning. I used your EA guide last league and I was crushing content so im gonna rinse and repeat for 3.18 lol
