I envy your drive & ambition & your crafting abilities! I also love your relationships with the Family! I once asked PawPaw if I could adopt him & he said of course! 😉 My Dad passed in 88 & he was a self made man too! He worked on cars,appliances & painted houses in between his normal jobs & ultimately as a barber! So,thank you for sharing a piece of your life,Sister Kim! I think with the winter, that might be a normal thing! What helped with my sister in law with special needs, is that she had a job twice a week that was 4 hours long. The bus would pick her up and bring her home. She worked with other people that were special needs. She just loved it. She had a helper that came around and picked her up twice a week that got her out in the community and took her to different activities that were happening around the community. It really made an impact on her life and she really enjoyed having friends, especially after graduation from her special needs school ended. It's like her job, just 8 hours a week gave herself purpose. It was the best thing that ever happened to her! Having a check with money that she earned and she could by any stuff with, ment something to her! Even if it was 12 chapsticks! Lol!
I love everything about Levi! That giggle gets me every time and he thinks he's so sneaky! lol But mostly, I love how you treat him like every other kid should be treated. He's growing to be a good man even at 26!
My friends used to laugh at me when I told them I got tools for my wood shop instead of jewels! 💎 Although my late husband loved buying me those, I was just as excited to get the power tools. 🛠. Being girly and handy works for me! 🤗 from Florida 🌴

He was all tuckered out for the day. I know I myself have gone to bed a bit early or laid down in the afternoon lately. It's been really cold the past few days in MN and it is really making all my arthritis kick up and hurt. Laying down on the bed helps relieve it for me. Sometimes going to bed and not fighting it when tired you end up sleeping longer and feel so good in the morning but he would probably have you up by 3am if he falls asleep at 5:20. I just love the relationship you have with Levi and how he listens and he's just so dang cute!
My heart dropped, my grandson also ASD. He is a runner but in a sleep walking way. I put double key side dead bolts on all the outer doors. That way I can lock us in at night, my husband can come in the middle of the night when he gets home.

Thanks Kim, that was funny with Levi and Chia right with him! I too have items like that, I can't wear jewelry because of Fibromyalgia, just too painful. I am a single mom, kids called me McGyver, miss those days sometimes. They are all grown now with kids of their own.

Levi has the Morrow laugh and it's contagious! He's a smart young man and does some amazing things. BTW, don't worry about not wearing make up. You have beautiful skin and eyes. I used to be timid about being seen without make up then I retired. I don't color my hair or wear make up; so much happier now. Not recommending that you do that, just saying that you are very pretty without.

I give you so much credit Kim being a single parent raising a handsome smart autistic son. My cousins 22 non verbal level 3 severally autistic, with extreme OCD rituals. My aunts a single mother too. Matty has to be watched 247. I baby sit 3 days a week and it's exhausting. I had Matty today he had two massive melt downs. And it's scary seeing a full sized man having a 3 year old breakdown. Our governments need to do more for programs for adult autistic people to go to during the day.

Kim, you are a beautiful woman who doesn't need makeup. I love the way Levi giggles at you, he gets so much joy when you give him any kind of attention. Now a person that is busy, will always have something in their pockets. What you pull out of your pockets, just shows you keep your self busy on maintenance projects. I like your glass jewelry box, because you can see your jewelry. I have wooden jewelry boxes for my good stuff. Then, I keep those plastic compartment boxes that you get at hardware or craft store for my cheap silver and costume jewelry, because I can see what is in them and they are easy to pack in a suitcase when taking a trip.
