i have actually ordered a pair and will have them tapered :) should cost less than 20 euros. got my ribcage for sale so it will cost around the same!

I was just about to suggest that!! 😍 Was surprised you found the ribcage to be your favourite cos I thought as a petite the ribcage probably sits too high on the torso (I'm 5"3 myself) now I'm torn between getting a pair of wedgie Icon fit or the ribcage

I LOVE the lighter wash on you as well😍 I have the ribcage jeans in a medium blue and a washed black, great jeans for sure! On me the leg looks a bit more wide and less straight, but that's probably just my body type. Thanks for sharing, I love all things Levi's.

thank you lucy, you are the first one i heard pointing out the difference between the dark wash and the light wash of the 24 inch ribcage ankle, im glad you did because they are so different! glad their site has good service and like you said, they are always on sale so we can try them respectively.

Would love to see you compare these 3 styles. I’ve been on exactly this journey, from 501s (great) to wedgie (love) to rib cage (adore). I do have a long torso though, and short legs...your body proportions will make a big difference to how you feel about these.

Yes you said right the fit changes on the style wash, material used...I have many a Levi's jeans in 511 and in my size 32 I have so much variations which cause conflicts which I brought online some Levi's jeans are meant to be more into style...idk about girl jeans fitting but mine has caused fitting issues....

I purchased some ribcage jeans thanks to your lovely vids!! They are awesome! However, one pair I noticed that the side seam is sewn with wider stitching. Such that when I'm wearing them, they sides almost look like they are pulling apart a tad (you can see the stitching a bit when I wear them and almost pulling apart). One ribcage jean pair has closer stitching (and doesn't have this issue at all). I can't help but wonder if the wider stitching and the pulling apart effect is normal? I also bought 501 shorts and they do the same (on the outer thigh/leg seam). The ribcage has the 1% elastane and the 501 shorts have none (100 cotton) but regardless both have a wider-set stitching and it seems to be a looser stitch if that makes sense. I checked my Wedgie fit jeans and they have closer stitching and therefore you can't see the seam pulling apart. Please help? Thanks in advance!

Hi Lucy - ived watched this video several times in the past few weeks. I have now bought the same ribcage in the same shades. I have to agree with the fit on both. I got them in size 29- 29 and he dark blue fit like a dream and almost tighter than the lighter ones. I feel the tango light I could possibly go down a size whereas the dark blue, there is no wat I could go for a 28-29 as it would be to tight. Are you a size 24 all accross the board with Levi's or do you have to size up like in the 501? Xx

Hi! I am usually a size 24 in Levi’s across the board but recently I picked up a pair of the ribcage WIDE leg jeans and had to size up to a 25, the 24 were just too tight! Hope that helps and thanks so much for watching and supporting! ❤️

@@thelucyspace The Lucy Space hey Lucy. Thanks for getting back to me. After watching a few videos where they are saying " stay true to size" and after 2 minutes " go down a size as they stretch " it's a bit confusing. I didnt know my Levi's size as ibhave never owned one till now. So I had to go instore to make sure. On 501 I fit both in a 28 and 29. The 28 is a bit tight and and the 29 fits just right...hhhrrrr it's so hard to choose but your videos do help. I've also done a video on them a day ago 😄

I notice that on your lighter pair, there is a dark dot on the back where all the seams meet. My 501’s also have this and I wonder if it is a defect or someone thing that just comes along with getting a lighter wash jean. Does anyone else have this problem?

If I have a 25'2"-25'5" waist and 34' hips, which size of the dark wash ribcage straight ankle jeans would fit better - 24 or 25?

hi! I am having the hardest time with finding the right fit. can you help me? my exact waist measurement is 25.5". according to the levi's size chart, this would put me at size 24. I have ribcages in size 24 and they fit nicely in butt and thighs. at the waist, they do not gap when I am standing up right. however, when I bend down, there is a huge waist gap. Is this normal? could it have to do with how high the rise is or should I size down to 23?

I bought a pair of 501's in black color and I sized down a full size because my regular size was too big...... :/ and the same jeans in a lighter color was perfect on me (regular size)

Hi Lucy! I wear the wedgie 100% cotton in 24 and it's a bit loose, would you recommend 23 or 24? Also, do you mind sharing what the leg opening is for your 27 inseams? I am trying to decide if I could go with a longer inseam and wear it with heels or go shorter and do what you do! :) thank you!!!

hi Mia! I would still recommend the 24 for you in ribcage. The ribcage has stretch so it definitely feels more fitted than a 100% cotton jean and because it goes so high up, a smaller size might be too tight and restrictive. I would definitely go for shorter (cropped length)! I think cropped is much cuter and so parisian!!

Hi Lucy! I've watched this video over 10 times now😀. It's really helpful. I love the dark wash on you, and I want to place an order for it, do you think the dark wash is tight enough than other washes to want to size up? Also what are your true waist and hip measurements? I'm 5ft4.5, 26.5" waist, 38.5" hip. I find size 25 to be a perfect fit for me in Levi's mile high and 721 stretchy skinny jeans, size 26 fits my thighs and butt but too large on the waist. would a size 25 work for me in the ribcage dark wash or should I size up? Thanks

Take your the regular size in the ribcage jeans they will loosen up after wear if you size up then you will have a gap in the back because they are a 12inch rise

@@kennypeter4946 I have the tango light wash and Georgie wash (both in my size 24) I would buy your regular size. The tango light wash is a bit roomier but not a ton. I've tried a size down and they were too tight so I went with my regular size;

Hey do the Levi‘s ribcage jeans stretch out a lot after wearing them? Currently struggling to decide wether I should choose a 25 or 26. Both fit me but 25 feels a bit tight on me but I am afraid a 26 might stretch out to much?

They do stretch out after a few wears :) so go with your regular size (unless you are looking for a more baggy fit)

Jennifer Kim Hi! I actually got the 24 and they fitted really nice, I tried the 25 and I still got some extra fabric at the waist area specially, and some in the tights and considering they will eventually stretch out a little, the 24 is perfect. My hip measurements are 35 inch. Hope this helps

Love the straight leg jeans .. Maybe a little longer with high heels ?. I’m absolutely sick to death of skinny jeans !. No more skinny jeans !. And quit tearing up your jeans !. You look poor !.
