Arrabbiata 1-2 were easy corners to do flat out for all of the 2020 cars...the real challenge was Casanova-Savelli ( the two corners before the Arrabbiatas ) that only the W11 was able to do flat out. I remember Kvyat and Russel trying to do that flat out too but they ended up losing the car
What a legendary car bro. I've been to the ferrari museum and compared to a modern f1 car it's so small ! (And it had 865 hp) so it was insanely fast and agile. Incredible car.
The confidence to throw the car into turns like that and then carry speed to the exit all the way out to the edge of track is INSANE!!! Insane car control!

He flipped so easily and that’s what happens with these cars, it is actually dangerous. Didn’t the updated technical directive come out around that time. Everyone thinks toto is trying to get an advantage. Maybe he just doesn’t want anyone to die. I could be wrong but I could be right
If you put Lewis or seb in a push car that is not butter smooth then they're just mid fielders...both are insane fast in a fast car but worst if some parts of the car is okay level...they always requires op level car to perform perfect. No matter what the argument is about experiencing lateral or vertical G’s you have to remember these guys are also holding their necks up and controlling a vehicle on the edge of traction placing the vehicle inches from disaster. So please, let’s not downplay lateral G’s on F1 drivers.
I cant even comprehend how much force that is. I was lucky enough to get to take a ride in the new gt3 rs at a local track day (family friends's) and even going intona high speed corner at 1.2g was so hard to deal with as a PASSENGER. Meanwhile f1 drivers routinely endure quadruple that for years of their lives. Absolutely insane athletes.
As a non F1 "watcher", I still knew these cars/drivers were ungodly....but almost 6 gs?!!! And taking turns at 160+?!!!! My mind is absolutely blown!!! Watching Richard Hammond try to work his way up to an F1 really put it in to perspective for me. If you havent watched him try amd drive one, go check it out. Older video but still crazy
W11, soft tyres, quali mode....best car in f1 history hands down.....nowhere near best sounding but for outright lap time we won't see again for a good few years if ever with new regs.....
From what I see, I think his ability to change up to seventh gear on a turn, clocking in at about 170, relies on his ability to see the curve or pocket in which he can enter in and exit out of at that speed along with his ability to sustain the amount of G’s he takes going into that turn, and at that speed, it’s incredible.
That's just INSANE. The machine is a violent sociopath trying to kill the driver at every step... ...But the Human mind is unfathomable in it's ability to adapt and overcome. There only about 30 guys, out of 6.5 billion Souls, who can go toe to toe with a fighter jet that rolls on the ground.
Honestly what a marvel and quintessence of engineering that W11 was. The W11 in the hands of Lewis Hamilton saw what should've been 90° bends/corners as straight lines! Epitome of madness!
