First of all- thank you so much for posting this. I’ll be installing these on my 2019 GX460. Per Diode Dynamics the H9 size for the SL1 is the proper bulb for the height beam. I think you can do H11 as well, but the H9 will be brighter (but less hours life span). Next- it seems you should just take off the cover from the get-go since it needs to come off any way. I’m doing the bulbs and the secondary air filter replacement (GXBob). I ordered new clips on Amazon (GXBob). Sweet Pat Tillman Jersey! PT42/40.
