Lexus IS220D lacking power in low revs *FIXED* 

i cleaned the EGR 2 days before and the symptoms of lack of power between 1 and 2 rpm was as slow as a granny walking (you get my gist) . .it was slow, pedal to floor and still very slow in picking up. but then when it got to 2rpm thr turbo kicks in and gives you a whiplash lol. my mistake first time around was cleaning the egr and putting it back on. After no success i reasched my backside off and found that the EGR valve sould be fully closed. Took it off again and gave it a good clean again. This i inspected if the piston insdie the EGR is fully closed, which it was not, to get it to fully close you need to remove the carbon built up under the shaft. press and hold the piston to open the flap and spar the cleaner and a use a small wire brush with luke warm water. Clean it, rainse it, clean it, rinse it and keep doing that will no more black water.
