I own one and being behind the wheel makes a great experience. The sound when slowing down shifting down makes the best moldey.

I have just fell in love.

Start up sound always the beast.

Y'know, I just realized, alot of these super powerful V8 cars, most likely due to the ZF transmission behavior, end up having such smooth shifts that there's no 'pause' as it changes gears like the LC. It kinda reminds me alot of manual muscle cars as far as the sound is concerned, and if anything, it makes me love the LC 500 even more. All the awesome V8 theatre of the Hemi Challengers and Mustang GTs, with none of the compromises (save for storage) of either. (I'd still love a Challenger those cars are freakin' awesome too. Manual, preferably).

It's all wrong for a "Lexus" to sound like that, but I love it. This and the upcoming convertible are the few reasons to even visit a Lexus showroom with your checkbook in hand. The convertible is the bee's knees lol.

I personally think that lexus should consider replacing their rcf with this car in their pursuit of gt3 racing. The lc500 also has big dislacement v8 engine that's fitted in a smaller body and has lower ground clearance unlike the rcf that's bulky
