I’m installing OEM IQ Charger on my 2020 NX how to remove that Center box where arm rest is??

2017 Lexus NX200T f sport. All I know it happened while my 2 kids were swapping phones on the charger. I read somewhere that is a software issue with a corrupt file. I have to wait a year so I can start working on a fix The radio is on a rebooting loop
