You did a really nice job with this video. For those of us who own these SC's, we all know about the problematic LCA bushings. Your video is a huge help for the DIY guy!
I replaced my bushing about 3yrs ago and came to find out the ball joints were toast. then i started searching and found out this is a one piece part (non replaceable ball joints.) but the prices for the lower control arms are ridiculous. luckily a old guy was selling the set for $400 on offer up because he didn't want to mail them back. He said his mechanic told him his problem was the bushings not the ball joints so I took them off his hands (no question) and installed them the next day. now its time for the upper fronts and rears. thanks for the vid because we need it, these cars are solid once you get them back to zero.
bro im literally about to change my lower control on my 92 sc400 later today. Ive been waiting for a proper video on how to fix this... Cant say thanks enough bro. Appreciate it fam frfr
I have my car sitting on PBM coilovers and of course it's lowered. I read up and they say we should change our swaybar links to adjustable because there will be binding due to the swaybar OEM links being to long. has anyone change there's to adjustable and was there difference in the way the car handled?
Was curious are you still running the GTE ecu If not what standalone are you using I am currently using the GTE but I am having a lot of issues with capacitors and they’re getting hard to find I believe I will be going to a standalone what are your thoughts
Not sure anyone knows or tried these but there reasonable and cheaper $wise than OEM for the pair. and I was going to go this route before I pick up the other ones from offer up. BELL RACE WORKS 3807 65th St, Vero Beach, FL 32967 (THERE ON FACE BOOK) I seen on their page their drifting a SC so there making parts for our cars! $449 - $549 for the the pair depending on what degree of angle you want. I'm not a vendor, but trying to support our herd. If someone picks them up holler back with details!
