LFCO Agility Test

Here's a video of LFCO members' quarterly agility testing. This is a list of the course obstacles:
-LDH drag
-Removal and replacement of discharge cap on pump panel
-Raising and controlled lowering of one length of hose
-Raising a 28' extension ladder
-Standing on a tire and striking it 10 times with a sledge hammer
-Dragging a charged inch and three quarter hand line until fully stretched
-Crawling back to the last coupling and pulling the nozzle back to yourself
-Carrying a K12 circular saw through the building to the stair case
-Walking up and down the stair case 5 times with 100' apartment packs (one up and one down being one set)
-Carrying a K12 circular saw to the engine room
-Dragging a weighted skid across the engine room
-Dragging an un-charged inch and three quarter hand line across the engine room, around a pole, and then back to the engine
-Carrying a set of irons and a can across the engine room
While in full PPE and SCBA.
