Following Tuesday night's LFR taping, Steve Dangle has been placed on the IR. He's listed as day-to-day with an upper body injury. Observers seem to think it's related to his hand but officials won't confirm.

Love the energy! But a few tips (Just because) I would have made more of Freddies game. He had at least one AMAZING save. Plus we have all been worried about if we (the Leafs, no I am not apart of the organization) can have the huge offence with a responsible defence. I think we have had both this time. Canes season ticket holder here-- Yeah. I screamed. A lot. At Coach Peters for not talking Darling out and letting him rot out there. I made a bit of an ass of myself at work, with my coworkers who couldn't care less about hockey, trying to explain what's going on and how the Canes have done pretty well and how it should be a good game and poof. Out comes the anger!!!!!!!!
It was awesome Steve on NHL network highlights they showed leafs fans in the stands and there was one guy had stress induced grey hair and you just knew he'd been thru hell for 14 years'm so happy for your leafs they're the one team that just embodies HOCKEY to me (habs do too but they're too stuck up frenchy for me ol) and the only other team id root to win a cup ....THEYRE BACK lol

Kapanen deserves to play with Nylander. My god he does not make a single mistake in any game and sweet jesus what a shot and those dangles in the end. Dominating alone hurricanes like Marner. Not worthy for 4th line
I'm surprised no one noticed that Bozak missed the empty net. Was lucky Darling stopped it and gave it to JVR....one of them are in for a big raise the other shouldn't be. Marner did everything for that line and he and Bozak both ended up with a goal and 3 assists.
someone tell me what to feel being a leafs and canes fan please. this game was horrific from the canes' side but also really freaking good from the leafs. mitchy got four points!!! but my other fave from the canes, sebastian aho, got a -2.... i wanted it to at least be close, you know??? after the fifth goal i was sure nothing more would happen. lol could not have been more wrong. that was actually so, so embarrassing from the canes oh my goodness. i say that and i'm about to watch a replay of the game
