In this issue, we are evaluating LG’s first MiniLED 27GR95UM gaming monitor, a 27-inch 3840×2160 160Hz 1560 area. The evaluation content mainly focuses on the appearance design, menu functions, and display effects (color temperature, brightness, color gamut, uniformity, PPI, pixel Arrangement, viewing angle, HDR, movie viewing, gaming experience) interface bandwidth, compatibility, disassembly and work materials, and screen actual measurement data were comprehensively tested.

Same problems as the 32GQ950: Color temp shift left to right and brightness fall off on the right edge. Damn, it was super distracting.

I already got mine, received today and compared to the InnoCN 32" & 27" 144/160hz mini led monitors along w/ the M32P10 from KTC which I've tried & returned over the past year, the 27GR95UM from LG absolutely blows them away. Sounds like this reviewer had bad firmware because I've encountered none of these issues. Not to mention, he didn't even have it configured correctly for HDR. Extremely impressed. Absolute steal @ 799 & by far the best mini led 27" monitor on the market, outside of the new Red Magic 5000 dimming zone 27". The best part? Zero dead pixels. I had 4 dead pixels on my M32P10, 2 dead pixels on my 32m2v & 5 dead pixels on the 27" version.

Mine's coming in next week, I'm worried about the PWM flicker the reviewer mentioned. Have you noticed this? I get headaches from PWM flicker pretty easily so hoping that's not an issue.

I've got the 27M2N mini LED from INNOCN right now and I'm suffering heavily with the freeze on waking/booting and switching between PCs. Any issues there? I'm thinking about sending the INNOCNs back.

Got mine in the mail. It's trash. Local dimming is extremely laggy and broken. You sure you aren't just coping with your expensive purchase, bud?

@@christofos Yeah I returned this monitor the same day I got it... I was excited. I have the redmagic GM001J 4k miniled and it performed better than this LG, the local dimming algorithm with the redmagic is great.

Sorry but a monitor for this price wihtout USB-C and Power Delivery in 2024 is dealbreaker. UBS-C with PD is so nice. would never buy a monitor without it. CoolerMaster Tempest GP27U is just perfect. It has all we need. And meanwhile all issues are fixed.

You are correct what he said in english subtitle is that blooming is a bit too much and is in bad state and he also described some rather distracting backlight flickering when playing fast refresh rate gaming. It is noticeable. And also in HDR mode there are some backlight flickering as well and some annoying ABL. I think gaming will not like it. They prefer reliable monitor that doesn't do those weird stuff.
