Thank bro making this video, I had an order of LG OLED tv and after watching this video, I inspected deeply to the delivered tv. And surprisingly it was a display unit, there was dust inside the holes and other area of tv, there was scratches on plastic film of screen and botton side seal tape was broken and double tape was pasted. After that I complain to the store and they agree that it is display unit. Now awaiting for new tv delivered. Thanks bro...channel subscribed.
Being a youtuber u got replacment, my tv LG C3 55 out of box came defective since from the day of installation I am frustrating due to LG India wrost service I have raised the complaint 10 days back no response from technical team.

Same thing happened with me my brand new LG OLED 55C2 was delivered 900 hours used but now it has been 1.5 months so not sure raising the issue now would help or not.
Same thing happened with me in 2016 bought Front load WM, official LG shops all does this they send the old products kept in the shop to the customers. Had called the shop but they directly denied.

Firstly its a new model abd The manufacturing date on the box is may 2023 , It itself is a guaranetee that you are getting a brand new unit. As in your las video i told that buy a latest model and check the manufactring date , Most likelt you will get a brand new unit

Hello Kushal, this is Arijit Guha from Kolkata and I am in this same cat and mouse chase like you were. I purchased a LG OLED C2 55 inches from Swar Sangam, Bhowanipore, Kolkata. They sent me a demo unit which had 115 hrs of power on time and some scratches. I spoke with them and with Mr. Ghosh who is the escalation point of contact here in Kolkata and the shop agreed to replace my unit. They sent me a replacement unit with 0 power on hours. However, the TV has scratches all over the sensor panel, random fingerprints and scratches near the ports. I checked the service menu and found that the TV was first powered on on 29th March and even contains firmware 3.33.16 which was released on May 2023 whereas the manufacture date is September 2022. Could you please help me? I have already made a post on Twitter and tagged you as well.
Bhai ye batao LG oled me third party apps kese load kare? Pikashow chalana hai usme. Mere pas non 4k fire tv hai but usme wo maja nahi jo 4k me hai.. Without fire tv ke apk third party apps kese load kare ispe video bana do pls

@syncwork krne pr consumer court jao....ek kaam krna box ka seal properly check krlena agar seal damage haito accept mt krna isise sure hoge ki you will get brand new unit
@@MinerTechTips seal damage nhi thi... but aaj kal ke tv ese packaging mai atte hai, bas cardboard without breaking seal lift-up karo aur tv bahar. Seal is just a joke. This is same with another appliance also.

Asus company ke Oled Laptop bhi bakavas, unake Oled me hi kuch problem he dc diming 20 par set karaneke ke bad , Oled bleed karata he, service centre le jaane ke bad bhi yah problem theek nahi Hui , bhai meri bhi help kar do yaar 82000 ka laptop liya tha aur aise problem a rahe ho usmein bakwas ASus company
