LG's Slim Soundbar S95QR 

What do you expect, they dont know shit about home theater.

They're great when you want something compact, quick to set up, and upgrade from your TV speakers, but the lack of customization is what turns me off soundbars

I started with a Vizio 2k 70" tv with a sound bar system and entertainment system all for about $1600 in 2015 or 2016. I just upgraded and got an LG 83" C3 TV with this new lg soundbar, but I'm hesitant to open the box of the sound bar yet because for the money of the tv, I feel that I should have the best I can get while being cost effective for sound too. it was $1000 for the LG sound system, but I'm wondering if there is something better or going with a full ac receiver stereo system. I'm willing to pay a little more, I just don't know where that limit is, but trying to do research before I end up opening this sound bar box because I have had it for 2 weeks and I am still using my old vizio sound bar because it still sounds amazing. Just seeing if it really is "10x worth it" for the price

Run a new calibration, but put a pillow in front of the subwoofers element, as well as putting a pillow or something soft in the air hole that «fills it up». Wrap a carpet around it, an place the subwoofer into a wall with the element and pillow facing against it. This will trick the subwoofer in a weird way, but it makes it so much better☺️ Sorry for my bad english.

What made you buy the JBL over a Samsung q990c for the same price?

@@grimreaper5232only reason I can think of is that ppl who really like deep, extended bass typically choose jbl over the q990c. IMO the q990c is better and if you want more bass then nakamichi is the way to go for an all in one solution

Because LG is desperate to sell this use to be $1,800 now you can get it on other websites for $999. So they pay this channel to sell it for them to make it seem like it is better when it is not.

I’ve had a couple of these types of setups from cheap to expensive and haven’t had any issues with delay. Occasionally i would have glitches and there would be an audio de-sync which i usually solve by restarting my devices. If you are experiencing delay, some of these devices have a delay setting. Check if you have a delay. I personally never had a Bose theater setup so I cant rule out or point specifically to your model.

I was faced with the same question and decided on the LG system. I am very happy with my decision. I previously looked at similar solutions from Samsung and Sonos, but in my opinion the LG was the best.

This channel is truly braindead now. He barely knows what he's talking about most of the time and doesn't care enough about his audience to find out more.

Watch some real reviews and not this idiot who really just opens and tries new things but as for a review. There are no reviews here. Just look at how he set it all up. Huge room, soundbar nearly to the floor, woofer not on the floor but elevated and rear speakers placed no where they should be placed. Terrible system. Terrible “review”.
