The grinding "metallic" noise isn't the same as the clutch assembly not fully engaging, as when you spun the unit by hand. Is there another part that could cause the noise, such as a worn bearing?

I have a cloth stuck around the gear as i see from the top it’s like wheel..please suggest model WT7405CW
