I really wish more "tech reviewers" were like this humble guy that actually takes the time to explain basically everything on the phone without childish comments or ridiculous comparisons. Software was been greatly refined, feels snappy

This is what the LG G6 should have been, an amazing phone with lots of customisation options with unique features turning it into a media consumption/production power house. Nice to see LG shrinking down the borders between their flagships and Samsung's (no pun intended). Would be good to have a direct comparison against the Galaxy S8+.

Anyone else watch Mike's videos while eating? I literally get comfortable with my food and everything 😂😂

This is by far the absolute best, most in-depth video preview of this phone. You've hit on some many points in such a short period of time. Very descriptive. I can't wait to see an even further in-depth review Once the production model is available.

Not gonna lie, the V30 is finally a good looking LG phone after the G2 (or G3). It looks and function better than even the S8 (which has a useless Bixby button and awkwardly positioned fingerprint scanner).

Hands down the best V30 coverage so far. Really like the detailed design close-ups. Thanks Mike.

Every time I watch your reviews,time flies(even with 40+ mi S8/8+).Its so positively focussed on device's features,its usefulness and is continuously detailed.While pointing out the shortcomings,you also give feedback to improve without downplaying the device by comparing it.Keeping it simple is the hardest.

LG really did a lot of things right on this one. Might even consider switching from my iPhone 7. Depends on what Apple will show on September 12th

I have the V10 that I have been quite pleased with. I'm expecting lots of emails from my provider soon, offering me an upgrade. I appreciate this review because it was more like a tutorial, which is extremely helpful. Thank you so much for your time in giving viewers a more detailed walk through. Your video will likely help me decide whether to switch over or stay put! Of course, I should mention that I own my V10 outright, so the cost will be a huge consideration for me as well as the shiny new toy temptation!

Finally someone who tells with knowledge, detail, clarity and proper pace most if not all of the great features offered by this jewel from LG. I have heard many other reviews, most sounded superficial, biased by other brands and, now I know, even mistaken about some features. I have been researching this device for at least the last two weeks. I am glad that I came across this post. Hands down, this is one of the most thorough reviews ever, which as a result, solidified my decision to make the switch back to LG. The last LG that I had was the LG 4. I changed carriers for a no-contract plan, however, have recently switched back to Verizon. I will be getting this phone as soon as humanly possible. I think that I will be able to pre-order on Oct 5. The only thing that I am not too happy about is that I hear that the LG V30 "plus" will only be available thru Sprint. I am guessing that "plus" for LG means a larger phone, which I am always fonder of. However, having the regular sized device is not a deal breaker for me. Thanks for the review!! This is the last one that I will be looking at before getting rid of my Galaxy S8 Plus this weekend.

Honestly, loved this review, by far one of the best, if not, the best review out there. Went into relevant details that will actually effect everyday use and only owners would ever learn about, I'm currently using a HTC One M8 and it's ran strong and well for 4 years, still going, I've been looking into the LG V30 and this review has pretty much finalised my choice, only downside is the front camera and the 4 GB of RAM, I'ma wait it out and hope LG see this feedback and launch one that's slightly more powerful, Props to LG, Smashed it !!
