LGBTQ+ Adventism? (A diabolical petition) 

The 28 beliefs are not of God. We never had it during Ellen white day, nor a creed. It limits the holy spirit and all the truths .

Many people use that text by SOP that says the church appears about to fall. But there is a misunderstanding. There is a spiritual and physical shaking. Judas was shaken out of the church spiritually and christ was shaken out physically and left the Jewish church because the leadership was all tares. He left there house desolate. Even Ellen white says that.

She also calls the sda church the SISTER OF BABYLON. ARE WE TO CALL PEOPLE OUT OF BABYLON INTO THE SISTER OF BABYLON? WAKE UP.

Don't leave because the tares are growing too. We were told the Wheat and the tares will grow in the CHURCH and the angels will harvest the tares first. Only the tares will leave first in the shaking. The Wheats will stay firm. I was a tare lesiban but God called me out and redeemed me. This is not Holy fit for our Reminent Message but we who Hold the Truth have to stand firm. Do not leave but stand firm for TRUTH... It will save lives like mine.

The wheat and tares are in the world-not the church. This whole concept of an invisible church is the reason were in this mess since no one wants to stand up for what is right and put a stop to this.

@@theway5563 False tradition from Protestantism that you're to endure with false Christians in the church. That's again an idea that's believe because there's the idea of an invisible church. No, God's people are visible by the character and conduct in which they have. Jesus makes it very clear if there are those in the church who are sinning in the church-they are to be admonished privately, next with two or three witnesses, and at last publicly before the whole congregation. That's how tares are to be plucked from the church so that they do not cost the salvation of others within the body of believers.

We understand prophetically that we cannot necessarily regard this denomination as one that has been all together sanctified in Christ, but we should always be reassured that the fundamentals of our doctrines point most assuredly to Christ than anywhere else. I joined God because I was reconciled to Him through Jesus. The church I belong to has its members list in the Lamb's book of life. I follow God over any earthly church or denomination. Those who place a denomination above God have been deceived and are blind to God's will. Choose Jesus!

I disagree. We must be organized and share the same fundamental beliefs. Ellen White’s writings disagree with you as well. We must be one entity if we are to be Christ’s bride. God is in control - he allows and disallows what needs be. Christ watches over His beloved bride and is anxiously awaiting His union with her forever.

This is the church that only God can keep track of, for it encompasses all who rightfully take His name and seek to honor Him (and some who honor Him but have never heard his name), no matter their church affiliation or lack thereof. We are not to leave the church, though we may change the church location. “The sinners in Zion will be sifted out”.

God's true remnant have already left.

@@teresamcnulty8471 I think the main thing is conference leaders need to hear from members. The laity are key! Sadly members are not without fault in this matter. I know we are all busy with our lives, but praise the Lord we do not have a Papal system! Members need to remain vigilant and active and let their voices be heard. Such things would not happen if this were the case!

(GC p.616) The sda church of Ellen's time; their doctrine kept the commandments. The sda church today has different doctrine. It is these changes we must examine carefully. Concerning the ‘Loud Cry’ tract: “If you are teaching that the seventh-day adventist church is Babylon, you are wrong.” {RH September 12, 1893, par. 15} The message of Ellen White (in 1893) quoted above - is specifically directed to certain men in that certain (past) time; 1893. In the church at this time, there was no homosexuality or abortion in the church. Ellen White wrote: "Babylon is the church..." {GC 616.2} “I lately read of a noble ship that was plowing its way across the sea, when at midnight, with a terrific crash, it struck upon a rock; the passengers were awakened only to see with horror their hopeless condition, and with the ship they sank to rise no more. The man at the helm had mistaken the beacon light, and hundreds of souls were at a moment’s warning launched into eternity.” {Ellen White, 8T 158.1} Whose "hand is on the wheel"? Do we want to be on this ship? “You are in danger of failing to hold fast the faith once delivered to the saints, of making shipwreck of our faith.” {8T 158.1}

You serve a weak God if you don't think he can purify His church from sin. While this message is unlikely to have much influence on those who call themselves SDA and reject the truth there will be other Christians who can't understand why their church accepts same sex relationships who will be happy to find a minister who upholds truth. The church will seem like it is about to fall is the start of a well known quote and this could well be part of the sinful being shaken out
