@@longfeijiang2449 it's not dancing it's kungfu for shows. They need to make it beautiful, but jet li himself has strength. Can watch from his video when he was 15-18 yo.
Kung fu, brother. You just do it until you can do it. Kung fu just means "hard work", so with enough training and dedication, you will make it there. I do wushu as well and you can't just do the movements, you have to MEAN it, you have to put yourself into it. Bruce Lee spoke of "emotional content", that is what you need to put into it. Happy training, my dude 🙏
1) Eat lots of protein and carbs. 2) Do cardio regularly. Sustained activity for at least 20 minutes/day. 3) Break the routine into sections. Work on completing 1 section without stopping. As you get stronger, do more sections together. Eventually you will be able to get through the entire thing.
Li's Reflexes are Crisp. His teacher is indeed brilliant. In real fight you need to have fine reflexes to realize your timing and carry out rightfully your tactics.
it’s a forms demonstration what do you expect.... they have sparring too it’s called Lei Tai, at least back in the 1970s when Jet Li was doing this. It’s called Sanda now... I mean what would you call shadowboxing, or working on two-man drills and head movement it’s not a fight..... every martial art I don’t care what it is has some form of demonstrations whether it’s forms like in Wushu, Karate or anything else...
