LIAC iClone AccuFace In-Depth Tutorial

Last week, we gave you an overview of how we're using ‪@reallusion‬ AccuFace plugin in iClone for "Love is a Championship". This week, for those interested in learning more, we've created an in-depth tutorial to show you how we were able to use the great performances from actor Jenna Louie Lohouse to fuel her virtual character Lucy for our film!
The AccuFace plugin for Reallusion iClone can get you really solid results in just minutes of time spent. There are lot's of tutorials on AccuFace, this one is designed to be more of a deep dive for anyone that is looking to bring their facial animation to a higher production level!

wow fantastic tips! look forward to trying them out. was having issues with crazy eyeballs so hopefully your downsampling tricks will fix this. thank you!

Glad you found that useful! Definitely, everything is editable, and if you choose to expose the key frames you can always delete bad keys and re-do portions

There could definitely be some more clean-up on eye-blinks, and some of the animation. Those things will happen as we go through revs, and a lot of that will happen on a shot per shot basis as we will adjust to the camera in a particular shot. The point of this video is more to show that everything is editable, and while the defaults with AccuFace and iClone are very good, we can make it better and better as we go through revs.

I have a question sir your last clip do you use blender render or iclone render? I think its not iclone render

In this video, all of the rendering is with the default renderer in iClone, but the lighting is tweaked using the Atmosphere presets for lighting under the Content Browser. In other videos, we're showing a different rendering style that is out of C4D and Redshift currently, then modified using After Effects, Photoshop, and Ebsynth. We're not really using Blender on the project at the moment.

If you dont have a high end pc & graphics card or iPhone it wont work.

You are correct about the graphics card. Not sure what the minimum card needed is. You don't need an iPhone though. The video tutorial uses pre-recorded video that was edited in adobe premiere before bringing it into iClone.
