Liam's on the ball with the situation in London with that joke Sadiq Khan. When you're a Northerner, your perception is vastly different to the insular bubble that is London.
It’s true always ask a northerner, assuming you want to know how to fill your empty days, or what to wear when it’s raining, or how to move down south for a better life. They are undeniably expert in these areas.
Liam should just focus on rock n roll and remember what he is saying here about not knowing much about politics. He should try to avoid going the Morrissey road overpoliticising his image. The crime problems of London are more complex than just the current major and they have to do with national politics. Just keep it about rock n roll Liam !
Haha I thought I was the only one thinking this until I read your comment 🤣🤣 the idiot abroad guest starring Liam Gallagher, they could rename it Gallagher abroad or then again there's no point as they both basically mean the same thing
i dont understand why there are people that dislike liam because they see him arrogant, but in all interviews i see him as a legit and likeable person.
He used to be arrogant, like in 2000 with the John Lennon hair and I think it was because he lived the "rock and roll life" since he was 22 years old and in 2000 he was only 28. He matured and now as a 46 year old man he is very likable, he says what he thinks, but he talks about life experience and to be honest, nowdays he is less arogant than Noel.
that wasn't funny. so it's like no one, and then liam being liam. OK so i turned my oven on and food was cooked. you must be 14 or there abouts. it's just not funny
I met you in the sound republic in 1998. My mates arl man was a Liverpool docker. Your kid did a gig, it was good. But, I loved you and sat with you backstage. I was 15 and you were 25. You were so nice to me Liam, youre the nicest and best rock star in the world.....you bastard.
I like Liam he's honest and forthright. The kind of guy you ask a question you'll get a real answer like it or not. A breath of fresh air. Very talented him and his brother.
@@NicoSlash2011 Funny everyone else seem to be enjoying Noel albums. Don't tell he should be writing songs so it sounds like wonder wall all his life. Have you seen the high flying birds live cause there brilliant live. If you don't like Noel albums don't listen simple.
@SergioMartelli I'm not religious at all. My name's god to piss off the religious people. Why would you think a religious person would call themselves god? Them lot belive in blasphemy
@@FlowersOfBlood That's the age old story though there are always gonna be winners and losers when it comes to songwriting royalties. But fans aren't thinking about that when they buy a record or go to a gig.
@@manxpuss I don't particularly want there to be losers. I state the law because that is how it is and we must never mix up what we want with what the truth is.
Well I mean to tell y'all I'm from down Texas in them there United States, and buddy boy I did not un'erstand every udder f**kin' word the man said know what i's - a - sayin'? but I gotsta say this feller should do a country album next, that sure would go down well in the neck o' the damn woods where i' s from!
A songwriter needs a singer just as much as a singer needs a songwriter. They're Noel's compositions but you can't say that Liam's voice, odd charisma and look wouldn't be equally important. Those two brothers are at they're best together. You know what I mean?
BJØRN - Björn Magnus Exactly. Noel himself confirmed it in an earlier interview: that he wouldn't have made it to the top without his brother, and vice versa. Noel had the songs, Liam had the voice, and they had a bit of the luck of the moment too - the rest is history.
Uh I hate to brake it to you but Noel has a very successful solo career not as popular as the band but if you've ever seen unplugged you'd know Liam's an unreliable drunk. Sorry for bursting your bubble
@@nwest8274 You are right. They had a bit of luck, too. Timing is everything. Oasis, Nirvana, Green Day to mention few who hit the right button at the right time
@@jusmartin7357 what a annoying person not only did you spit the facts but should you also mention that bursting bubble line was that really necessary?
One of the greatest rock voices ever. Probably the most distinct since Bono. You here Liam sing you know right away it's him. Very, very unique. As a frontman, he's.... great. He's made a whole legend of himself by just standing there lol. Goes to show how great a singer he is.
@@timbir mercury and Bono were both brilliant live singers, if you’re a queen fan you will take mercury if you’re u2 it would be Bono, my point really was to the previous reply saying being compared to Bono was a bad thing, again all down to music taste, some people would say Pavarotti was the greatest live singer, personally think all 3 were great live singer s in their own way
Trevor Random the sex pistols, Keith Richards, Paul, Ringo, George and John have all done bbc interviews- find it hard to believe that they are disqualified from the category of rock star
He's pushing 50 now so it's good to see that Liam's grown out of his thuggish and bullying behavior into a thoughtful human being - doya no wot a meen?
@MadMorrow There's no ''his truth'', there's the truth and then there's subjective opinion. Rise in knife crime is objective truth, not subjective opinion.
I kinda not want them back together. Even the last two albums weren't that great. All in all still very good. But not great. They just found the right point to split up. I feel, if they had not split, and Oasis would still be a thing, they would be not half as big as they are right now. There would be like 6 other Albums, some good, some not so good. Oasis would be just another "older" band which was very big once. I would love if they come back in a few years with one or two albums max. Full of absolut bangers. Then like 5 years on a massiv tour and thats it. Either that, or they never get together again and go down as the legendary band they still are.
Because Noel doesn't give a fuck. He got all of the $ in Oasis. Liam on the other hand made a hell of a lot less so he has to play nice so people will buy his solo work. It pays to be a songwriter.
@@BIGNOIDS correct. he wasn't the big man when those blokes in germany smashed all his teeth out (altho interestingly he threatened to stab sasha baron cohen in the left eye...video here)
@@rahulkemp8347 He's not a big man at all. He's protected by fame and wealth so he can say what he likes without consequence because he has the means to pay people to protect him. In other words - he's a coward.
@@gm3043 I hope he doesn't really pay noel to play them, I mean he was the guy who sung those songs and made them beautiful. You can be the best songwriter in the world, but without a good voice you can't go that far. Noel wrote them and he's a fckn genius ok, but they belong to the band
A bloody Manc going on about knife crime lol, what about all the Mannys who were shooting each other in the 80's, 90's and 2000's. Shut up Liam you twat, if you don't like London go back to that forever shithole of Manchester.
Lmao wow that was the first time I've ever thought "wow that's a great fucking question" during an interview when he asked if Liam ever saw a politician doing drugs
Good for liam to talk about crime in london. Todays london, like he said must be a nightmare for young people wanting to be young, and have a life, with the danger there now. He is right about how dangerous london is now, and good for him to saying such a thing, as like he said he has kids, and he understands they need to live. Its crazy seeing the london mayor pretending that crime in london is somehow a normal thing. The night tube in london, is just a place where people are being robbed and stabbed today. They opened up night tube in london, and its just a crime magnet. It must be horrible being young today in london, with the dangers of the fruitcakes they infested london with. The mayor of london thinks humans there should see crime as normal part of big city life. What a joke.
